I would highly recommend hitting a different Capriotti’s other than this one. I did an online order, showed up 20 minutes after ordering it and when I got there they had just started making the sandwiches. When they gave me my food, they had clearly missed the soup bowl when they poured it in and it was all over the side of the bowl and then the bag and sandwiches after they put them in there. The sandwiches were the worst Ives had from Capriotties, the ingredients were everywhere when I opened them, and the inside of the store was just chaotic when I was in there
Food was great. I was greeted as soon as I come in.
The crew here is very friendly and efficient. My food is always correct and fresh! Best Capriotti’s in the area.
I'm so disappointed with Caps sandwiches. It had been over a year since I visited a store because there isn't one near my work, but I had picked 2 up on the way to a friend's house on this occasion. The bread is about HALF the size that they used to be. For a $10 sandwich, it's way overpriced. I understand about inflation, but this is crazy! I don't know if all the Caps locations bread is like this, but I won't be back to this location.
Ordered a capastrami. I understand the cut back on some of the meat.. but this sandwich was pretty much empty.. it maybe had 2 ounces of coleslaw for the whole medium sandwich.. I will go to the other Capriotti’s near by
Horrible service at this location. I made an online order for 11:15 pick up. Upon entering the establishment no one from the staff greeted me so I just stood there for approximately 2-3 for someone to acknowledge me when another customer entered. Someone promptly greeted her and asked how they could help which they they went and retrieved her food and checked her out. Then finally one of the staff asked about my order and grabbed my sandwich which had been sitting on the shelf since I walked in. Train your staff better.
Sandwiches were great as always

I recently had a serious encounter with George at Capriotti on s Eastern. I was not familiar with Capriotti’s sandwiches, so I called in my order. We were planning a group party for NFR. 2 couples requested Philly Cheese steak with mild peppers. This is what I requested when talking to George. When I went to pick up the order the cashier read me the order showing hot peppers. I told him they were supposed to be mild, George came by and said you ordered mild and that is what you are getting. The Philly cheesesteaks were extremely hot to the point two individuals could not eat them. On my way home from the event I stopped into the store and spoke with George, who arrogantly informed me that they only have hot and sweet peppers, they don’t offer mild. I have never experienced such rude interaction to my question.

Wow, the Wagyu menu is especially delicious here. During peak times they are super busy so order in advance if possible. The staff was super busy today but, did a great job on my order - thank you!

If I wanted Italian bread I could have went to Walmart and spent $1 instead of &28. Ordered from Uber Eats and as usual my daughter or myself call and confirm the order. The lady that answered the phone tonight hung up before my daughter could finish her sentence.. Resulting in Uber refunding my money because Cappriottis did not care about making a quality sub that a loyal customer pays good money for.. An East Coast Business has no place on the West Coast if they are not going to represent and serve quality food!! Over the last several years Cappriottis has gone down hill, every location, is it because they changed to franchise?? Does the CEO not communicate, train or care about the business anymore? Is it that each individual store is not held accountable for living up to the Cappriotti business??

Ordered online a soup and a sandwich. Sandwich was ok (pastrami) except for the extra cheese that was missing. "Broccoli cheddar" soup was abysmal, their $7 "bowl" was a tiny cup, and maybe a good thing - it was awful, looked and tasted like hovering caps off the bottom of a pot. I don't think I've ever had anything like it. And never felt the need to leave a bad review for bad food before.

This was the most unfriendly Capriottis I’ve ever been to the staff was very rude and mean the African American woman at the cashier was very impatient trying to rush me through my Oder and to was the only customer there, do yourself a favor drive to any location except Warm Springs and Eastern I went to the one on St Rose pkwy and the staff was professional and respectful
