I placed an app order so I could just stop in and grab it, but they made me the wrong sandwich, so I ended up having to wait while they made me the right one. Good thing they weren't busy. Otherwise, I would have given a higher ratings.

I love Capriotti’s but the location in the Sante Fe is horrible. The food is good, but the service is atrocious. For some reason this location always takes forever. It should not take 20 minutes for a sandwich when your employees are standing around with nothing to do. It has happened multiple times now and I won’t eat at this location again. Shut this location down or retrain the staff to be better.Changing this to 1 star. Get new staff, now maybe I just won’t go to any Capriotti’s again.

The attention is very good, but the portion is too poor. Actually, if you squeezed the sandwich, you could barely see the meat
We had to find a quick meal before a movie, and this was close to the theater inside Santa Fe Station. The staff was fast and friendly. The Italian sandwich was delicious! Food court seating is available and right next to the casino. Great, as always!

This shop is amazing and even though we have been to other Capriotti's this one by far the BEST! The one woman I talked to in the morning for the order on Thanksgiving Day deserves recognition. The team did a great job on the sandwiches they were delicious and substantial. Thanks my husband works close so we will be ordering again.
