Charcoal Room in Santa Fe Station Casino on Father’s Day 2002. Excellent dinner Rib Eye for me and Hubby had Lamb Chops. Both cooked to perfection. Our waiter Kevin was fast, funny and attentive. Juan our asst. waiter was on the ball and polite. I give food and service 5 Stars. Will go back again and recommend it to our friends and family.
We really enjoyed the evening. The grass fed Filet Mignon was divine, Mac and cheese delish and the creamed spinach was yummy. But the bread...OMG...delish!!! Especially the warm soft pretzel sticks with the salted butter. We'd go back just for those! Well done Santa Fe Station! We will be back!
We had the black cod dinner, fresh and flavorful, and the petite filet, perfectly medium rare. Our server, Justin, and his team were attentive and accommodating.
