One of the best dining experiences I have ever had in Las Vegas! From the atmosphere to service, Carbone was incredible and exquisite! I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant to try other items on the menu. I highly suggest checking out the desserts, especially the cheesecake.

We had a really wonderful experience at Carbone last night. Dion was our server and we hit it off with him from the start - his recommendations were top notch and his attention to detail was impeccable. He is what made our night really great, alongside the waitstaff supporting him!

I will say, front of house service was a little to be desired and everyone was a little stiff/rude at the check-in desk. But back of house more than made up for it.

Couldn’t express more of a 5 star experience from Carbone. We have been anxiously awaiting a reservation at Carbone the past few times we came to Vegas. Dion was our captain and he was absolutely impeccable. Can’t wait to come back 🥰
