Went there for the 1st time last night. Agree w/other reviewers. Food was very good & prices are amazingly good, but Spanish speaking only & no smiles or any kind of welcome from the staff. Desserts looked awesome but we didn't get any, trying to be good. We'll be back as it's walking distance from our place so we want to support it & hopefully it'll stay open. Portion sizes were huge, separated it into 2 meals but could've gotten 3 if I wasn't such an oinker.
As authentic as you'll get on this far "west". This is a cash only place with a cafeteria food style point and pick system. I usually get rice and beans and a mojo of either the pork or chicken (because its cafeteria style i usually decide on the spot) but neither choices have disappointed. Their plantains are good but thats something you can't mess up. They also offer empanadas could use a little more filling.

Huge portions, cheap, and delicious! Got 4 full meals for $26, enough to feed 8 people. Friendly service, the lovely woman who served us spoke great English, and they now accept card payment.
