Well it's a carls jr, the atmosphere is very common to all the other ones. But I ONLY come here for the OREO SHAKE and I always ask the staff to add extra Oreo at all times. Sometimes they do it, sometimes they tell me that my request is not possible (Mexico locations -.- ) anyways, I love this shake. I haven't encountered a place that has a better oreo shake than carls jr.
Literally in drink an oreo shake once a week and when I don't have access to an oreo shake, I start shaking (no pun intended)
Not sure what they add to these shakes but I need them. I crave them.
So yes I recommend you check out any carls jr and let them know to add extra oreo in your shake!

ordered from the drive thru. clean enough for a fast food place. no rubbish, and menu was easy to read
however, the employee working drive thru was rude and unwelcoming. rushing me to order and finished our order by handing me my burger with a poor attitude. don't go here if you don't want to ruin your day
Dear Lord. They used to call This fast food. I could’ve walked to Mordor and back by the time I got my food. I have time to write this review right now while I still wait. It’s been over 10minutes at this window waiting with 4 cars at least behind me. Order time in the receipt is 6:44 and we didn’t get food until 6:55. People waiting in a long line and only one guy I can see at all for a very short amount of time. Is he the only one here cooking and taking orders? This is awful. I used to really like this but I don’t know if I’ll be coming back to this location. McDonald’s is closer to my house and a lot faster.

The manager doesn't like to use rewards or deals on app. She will lie and say it won't work but a regular worker can get it to work. But if they do, she gets angry at them! And yes she does make it obvious and belittles them in front of the customer saying things like the customer or the worker just didn't show them the deal correctly... Yeah I'm never coming here again with horrid human being there. Poor workers need to be treated better.. customers should be treated better.

Not a huge fan of Carl's but the staff here keep the store clean, are friendly, and are good about being timely. Carl's needs to lower the prices but the staff makes up for it.

I work mornings so I pass this location when I'm headed out. On the occasions I've failed to get a proper breakfast, I've pulled into this location's drive thru at around 7am only to be completely stonewalled by the staff inside. Guess they only serve you when they feel like it. The food is good if you can get the staff inside to make it.
