I was so excited to get the new Queso Crunch burger. Ordered it, got some fries and some ranch. Arrived home. Tried to eat the fries with the Ranch but the 3 ranches that we got for 2 combo meals (Quite cheap on the Ranch, need 2 per medium fries to enjoy) were sour. All 3 of them. Then came the burger. It was the driest thing. Some sauce on top and bottom, but there was supposed to be cheese in between each patty. But it was a Sahara, no cheese at all, just dry as hell.. so disappointing when prices are so high nowadays with fast food. It cost us around 45$ for 2 meals and a spicy chicken burger and it was utterly disappointing.

I came in 06/24/25 at roughly 6 pm. I was charged incorrectly for my combo. The guy lied about it to not have to make it right. My fries are cold, and my burger is inedible. The sourdough bread was soggy and untoaseted. There was so much sauce it was coming out of the wrapper. I enjoy this location, but this squad got to go!

Don't forget to check your food at this location. They'll forget something and can't refund it unless you drive back with your physical receipt. The food is never great and it's overpriced, but my kids like the stupid chicken stars.

So carls jr is hit or miss some are good some are bad, this one is one of the bad ones. They don't bother to honor thier own schedule for the dinning area. They open and close it when they want basically. The drive thru is really slow. And employees are just generally unhelpful. I've been to this specific carls jr a few times but this last visit was my last. I've given this location too many opportunities. This time I used the carls jr app to take advantage of a bogo offer for a famous star. I made and payed for the order thru the app. I choose take out instead of the drive thru because I just wanted something before I had to work. I get there and I try go in to pick up my order but the door was locked I called the store to explain the situation but I was told that the dinning area was closed then the lady hung up on me. I was pissed. For 1 the dinning area is supposed to be open from 6 am to 10pm according to thier own sign. 2nd it was only 9:40pm. Also there was a line in the drive thru already and they take forever to get people's food done and i didnt have a lot of time left. So I left without bothering to get my food. Which sucks cause I already paided. So after work I go to see if I can get a refund or something. It was about 6:45 am when.i try to go in and what do you know the doors are still locked. I called the store again luckily the employee opened the doors. (So yeah don't count on the lobby being open ever). He said he was unable to do a refund he would need a manager. Ok so I asked what time would a manager be in. He couldn't answer me. When I asked for a number to call, also no answer. So now I'm trying thru the app but no luck either. Moral of the story only eat here if you have a lot of time you wanna waste.

Just visited this place today and what a great service I received. The cook Allen made sure our food was all hot and fresh. The front service top notch. I just couldn’t say no to buying more than we intend to buy. Definitely the best Carl’s Jr. In Vegas to go to!
