DO NOT GO to this store (4970 Blue Diamond Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89139) They gave me the worst service experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. There was nothing fast about their service. I was not the only one waiting for my food. There were five other customers waiting for more than 20 minutes for a burger. One customer said he was waiting more than 30 minutes. When I went to get my soda (Coke) one machine was dispensing clear and the other machine was flat. I made the clerk aware of this and he told me to get a different flavor. I asked if I could get a shake instead and pay the difference. He didn't know how to do that so I asked to speak with the manager but he didn't want to come out from the back to speak with me or assist his employee with my request. This was the worst service experience I've ever experienced in a fast food restaurant.

Stopped in Monday morning about 11:30 am. 11/20/23. I ordered a California Burger and Fries, my Wife ordered Chicken Fingers. I did not get a California Burger...not sure what it was. My Wife ate some of the chicken made her sick. Overcooked and burnt, fries tasted 3 weeks old. The employees were just talking to each other so we left. Will not return again.

This location is always clean and the food is fresh and on point. The customer service at this place is always great too, I recommend eating here and getting one of their hand breaded chicken sandwiches. It's the best out of all the fast food restaurants. Yummy!

I only came here because we couldn't get into our Airbnb and I need to spend 20 minutes somewhere. This venue is right beside a Walgreens.No customers were here but it still took a while to order and get my food. The burger was lack luster. The fries were decent. The price was too high for what I got. Drink machine should have nozzles cleaned.Only saving point, is that the staff was nice and gave me a sauce packet with my combo.
