Just ordered my delivery and I got a call from Jada, letting me know they were out of fish sandwiches. She apologized and I was able to order another item without additional fees. When the food got here she wrote a note apologizing with a free cookie. Thank you Jada for your Awesome Customer Service. ?

I was never greeted or had the chance to order food. No one was inside of the restaurant, the front cashier was writing something down and never acknowledged me. So I just left and went somewhere else. It’s crazy how bad customer service is nowadays. There were two people working and they were both weren’t doing anything that had to do with fast food. They could’ve did was take my order. It’s literally their job.

Went to Carl's Jr on New Year eve and for some reason my card got denied but I used it at 7-11 5 minutes later so I don't know what happened cause obviously I had money on my card, the woman who took my order was very irritated I could tell she was cause my card didn't work and of course her tone was extremely rude. Not going again to that location.

Every time I come here, regardless if it’s early in the day or late at night. For some reason only this location never seems to have house dressing. That is the only reason I’m giving it a low rating. Other than that they make the food great and the customer service is great.
