Based on the reviews, Carl's Jr. is a restaurant with great food, including items like the famous star w/ cheese and waffle fries with ranch. The store is well kept, and employees are quick and courteous, often getting food out fresh and hot. However, the experience can vary. When it gets busy, mistakes happen and sometimes the right order is not given. Pick up at the drive thru can be disorganized, with long waits and cold food, and management has been described as having an attitude.
On the other hand, specific staff members like Deangelo, Diangelo, and Alijah have made experiences pleasant and memorable. They were kind, made customers feel welcomed, and worked hard to fix problems with the app, ensuring customers got what they needed. The night crew has also been praised for holding it down and being quick. The location is recommended for freshly made food and great service, especially due to the hard work of these individuals.
