3rd time I go on the weekend at night and they tell me the system is down. Can someone please confirm if this true? This has happened from 2am-3:30am

It is a really slow store ( bonanza and nellis is a very busy area .) a little unusual to see that but it was a weekday. I love their Charbroiled Chicken Club Sandwich & their fries. Worth every penny.
