Horrible place, from the premises to the service, very expensive apart, from the moment you are ordering they are rushing you and they don't even think about what you want they leave you, the boy at the window with a face that even he can't stand and why do I have to give them my phone number to pay? Can't you remove the terminal? The restaurant looks horrible, they don't even have people but they send you to wait in front, if I had seen how dirty everything is and hadn't asked for the truth, they need responsible employees who like their work, not bad-faced teenagers.

Becareful with this place. Food used to be good years ago, not gonna lie. I went there yesterday for the first time in a while and let me tell you. 1. They almost forgot one of my drinks ( I set it up as pick up) 2. The milkshakes i received were watery. 3. Food seemed like it was microwaved. Not even the patties looked nor tasted "charboiled" Lettuce was extremely soggy, and to top it off, my husband got food poisoning from his meal. Definitely will not be going to Carl's Jr. anymore. It was definitely a terrible experience.

They messed up my order wouldn’t give me a refund and arguing with me about my order I don’t eat pork so I would never ask for something I don’t eat and they tried to have me to come in I didn’t want the food anymore and they refused to refund me

It's a shame that after 10PM they only serve if you have a car. Do I have to first buy a car to be able to order a hamburger? What a disturbing fact, I felt discriminated against. 8-23-24 Las Vegas Boulevard.

Today on 06/21/24 at 8:49 pm after a long week of work, this happened to us. Every time I go to this location which is hardly ever, they always find a way to mess up my order and I am not one to write reviews of anything but the way they have never gotten any of my meals for years correct just blows my mind. Today I ordered for me a double guac and didn't get to try it, they gave me a western burger. My wife wanted to try the diablo and they gave us a western as well. I have no idea how you can mess it up, but they did perfect on getting it wrong. I live 20 mins. From the location so I'm stuck having to eat a western which I was not interested in trying nor my wife. Thank you for the horrible service that you have been doing for years Carl's jr.
