We had a wonderful dinner. The martinis made table side we perfection. The seafood tower was very fresh although the clams were not a group favorite. Lobster thermador was so worth the hefty price tag. Our steak was well cooked but a bit under seasoned. The service was absolutely fantastic.

Management How in the world would you allow kids to run around the table, stand up on chairs and braid the women's hair in a 5 star steakhouse ??? That is not what I want to see next to my table when dropping 500 plus dollars for dinner. I've never in all my high end dining experiences witnessed such disrespectful behavior allowed by management. There are plenty of steakhouses in Vegas

Excellent date night! It was our first time visiting Carversteak, and it did not disappoint. Our server, Zane, was friendly and attentive. The steak tartare was the best I've ever had. I'd go back for that alone. We enjoyed our steaks and Mac and cheese. The whipped potatoes were suggested by Zane, and they were incredible. Side note, the music was good too!

Table of three - we split 6 oysters, the burrata salad, spicy salmon, 10 oz filet, halibut, side of mushrooms, and potatoes au gratin. Everything was incredible! Collectively, we agreed the mushrooms were the most incredible thing we've had in ages. They were unbelievably good and we could have polished off three more rounds of them. The spicy salmon was also top tier. I wouldn't call them spicy, but very flavorful with a great crunch from the rice. We also each had a drink from the Aperol Spritz bar, and everyone loved them. One is plenty since they are enormous and quite strong. And to round out the night, our server Jonathan had us cracking up all night long. He is everything a server in Vegas should be, and we were so lucky to spend our time with him.

It was a top notch steakhouse experience from beginning to end with the most amazing offerings. We started with a nice little treat of caviar poppers and wagyu steak skewers that danced with flavor on your tongue. The striploin was melt in your mouth perfectly prepared to rare plus and accompanied by roasted broccolini and onion rings that were equally yummy. Thank you to the team at Carversteak!!

This steakhouse never disappoints. Great steaks, side dishes and drinks. An all around favorite of mine.

Ein Restaurant der gehobenen Küche, ein muss für jeden Steak Liebhaber. Wir kommen wieder.

Not the experience I was expecting for a high end steak house! Music playing like it was a night club. We had reservations had to wait to be seated! Gave us a table in the bar next to the door! Every time the door opened a cold breeze overtook the area. Service was methodical nothing special! Steak was cooked perfect and seasoned nicely. Won't be back!

Thank you Carver Steak team for such an incredible delicious meal and the hospitable service. Chef Daniel, Chef Abby, Chef Eddie the bites were outstanding! To the beverage team. The cocktails were insanely delicious and well balanced. Had the Smoke and Spiced and my two friend had the Negroni Bianco's that were very tasty as well.

Jack was server and did a wonderful job with Zach. Their blue cheese bread was stale and probably made about 4 or 5 days earlier. I ordered their high end wagyu steak medium rare. It was served as medium well. My guests ordered their rib eye medium and theirs came out medium well. Their steak was all fat, the cook should have not served a ribeye like that. They probably ate around 50% of the steak and piled up all the fat on their bread plates. Drinks were extremely strong and not mixed well, the espresso martini was like drinking everclear straight. The general manager should have issued me a full refund for the entire dinner but didn't.

This was the worst steak restaurant We have ever been to, and we have been to steakhouse restaurants all over this country. we took a couple of bites out of everything. The only thing we finished was the squash soup and mash potatoes. so we had our food wrapped up so I could give it to a couple of homeless people, and I felt bad about giving them something that had no flavor. When visiting Las Vegas go to Golden steer, Vic and Anthony's, Barry's, SW, Don's prime, Hanks martini steak house, Oceans prime is good but the one in Beverly Hills,CA. Is better, Smith & Wolenski is good, but the best ones are in Chicago,IL. and Boston,MA. Palms steakhouse is good but the best one is in Beverly Hills,CA.Scotch 80 is good, but I mostly go to scotch because I get comps from the Palms Casino. This horrible experience came to a tune of 600 bucks, and they don't even give complimentary bread. so we purchased the bread, and it was not good. The service was good, it's the first time that I have seen so much food come out at the same time, so it was a good thing it didn't taste good, because it would be cold,

Amazing food and service. The rib cap was incredible. The cocktails were classic and the servers were top notch. The noise level is a little high if you're looking for an intimate dinner. Overall FIVE stars!

The wagyu was by far the best steak I've even eaten, perfectly cooked medium rare with a great crust. Hot pink center and a great temperature throughout the entire 8 oz steak. Appetizers, side and drinks were amazing as always.
