Overall the experience was very good. The food and service was excellent. The only thing was it was my gfs birthday. They asked to make sure and they put a card that said hbd on our table however they didn't do anything for the birthday. No small token or a comp dessert. Most high end restaurants will take care of you if it's your bday.

I was shocked when the hostess tried to see us in the bar when we had dinner reservations made well in advance. You can't pay much more, but you can certainly find better for the same amount.

Maybe the best steakhouse in Vegas. Amazing staff and the food was phenomenal. We started with yellowtail sashimi and it was excellent then had the scallops and the Rip cap entrees ... amazing but maybe the most memorable item we had were the potatoes au gratin that our waiter Jason recommended. We finished with the CS Dubai sundae and it was a perfect finish. This was probably me favorite meal I've had in Vegas in years.

Our dinner at Carver's Steak was absolutely exceptional and easily ranks among our top three steakhouses. The food was impeccable every dish was prepared perfectly, and the cuts of meat were phenomenal. What truly made the night special was our waiter, Misho. He is a star! Misho was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and provided the warmest, most professional service we've ever received. He didn't just serve us; he curated an amazing experience. Thank you, Carver's, for the incredible meal, and a huge thank you to Misho for turning a great dinner into a truly memorable one! Highly, highly recommended

For the most part food was excellent. My husband loved his food and I loved everything EXCEPT the eggplant that I ordered. I've eaten at many vegan restaurants in my 5 years as both a vegan and a foodie. I would remove the eggplant from the menu. I was not a fan. Not offering any plates with either tofu or legumes almost kept me from selecting your restaurant because it's very challenging to feel full on vegan selections without protein. I was happy we ordered sides and appetizers. Service was excellent here and restaurant volume was high.

Hands down one of the best steaks on the strip! But those wagyu cheesesteak sliders!!! WOW! Tried not to eat too much of the 3 scrumptious appetizers, the perfectly cooked ribeye and my giant wedge salad to save room for dessert but failed. Next time I might start with that.

When we arrived we were instantly greeted and congratulated on our anniversary, we were instantly sat. All of our servers knew it was our anniversary that detail really went a long way! Awesome place food was great! Definitely returning!
