Few places deserve true 5/5 stars. This was some of the exquisite food I have ever tasted. Service and atmosphere were also exceptional.

This place is DELICIOUS!! My friends and I came here for dinner with a reservation and were immediately seated in the beautiful dining room. Daniel was our server and he took great care of us. We all had different drinks and they were good but a little too sweet for the most part. The guacamole and queso with chorizo for starters are a must. I love seafood and had the pleasure of trying for the first time tilefish. It reminded me of halibut with great flavors and visually pleasing. Of course I had To try the green rice and even that was tasty as well. We spread the word to others to definitely give this place a try.

Omg the carnitas is amazing! Just order it right away as it takes time to prepare. The prawn appetizer and churros were also amazing! The green rice was so yummy too! This restaurant is great for large groups as well!

Excellent Food must try the tamal! Trea leches was amazing. Drinks are fabulous. I will come again here.

We had the table side salsa and chips as an appetizer—good but would try a different appetizer next time. We then had the short rib and the lamb birria—phenomenal. Wonderful flavor combinations on both. Tender meats, bold sauces. We finished it off with the Tres leches cake—wonderful end to the evening if you like coconut! The service was absolutely wonderful too, although the hostess could be more welcoming. I would highly recommend eating here. Absolutely perfect for a gluten free meal too.

Service and atmosphere were very nice. Unfortunately the food did not match. The guacamole was fine albeit expensive. The chicken tinga enchiladas were average at best with my friend commenting they lacked flavor and would have been better in a red chile sauce rather than a red tomato sauce. The worst though was the roasted eggplant. Not only was there very little eggplant, the dish was so sour it was barely edible. We left most of it. Even though this restaurant recently received a top 100 restaurant in Las Vegas commendation, I would not return based on the quality of the food.

Incredible meal! Inventive, bold flavors made me feel like I was back in Mexico City! Fish was perfectly cooked! Thanks to Chef Sarah and the whole team for making such a memorable night for my family.

It's a beautiful restaurant. The ladies in the front were very welcoming and friendly. We were over an hour early but they were able to accommodate us. Our server, general manager and rest of the staff were very polite and attentive. Food was fresh, tasty and well prepared. I will definitely be back.

Best fajitas I've ever had!!! We had the Surf and Turf fajitas and they were amazing! Wagyu beef, pork belly, shrimp, lobster, etc! Best ever!

Nice ambiance, nice decor poor service average value. The place had lots of staff on the floor but not one to greet us for over 5 mins and water for the table the same. The beer I ordered took forever and then the wine we ordered was charged at almost double the list price. We had friends in town with us so I did not review the bill until the next day. If you go here long wait times for service and audit your checks because the server does not.

Hostess and Manager unaccommodating and rude. Food was good but over priced for what it was.

Amazing. Go there ASAP Food was incredible and our waitress was great she knew everything about the menu and made recommendations that hit he spot. Had fresh salsa made tableside.

Disappointing experience. Sub par food quality and service, way too noisy and loud (had to shout in order to be heard and couldn't hear anything said by the servers), awful salsa, good chips, decent drinks, poorly designed layout for guest accommodations.

Absolutely divine experience. Ricky, our server, was so friendly, knowledgeable, and quite literally delivered perfect service. We followed his recommendations and wow we are glad we did! The salsa prepared tableside is so fresh and vibrant, the scallops melt in your mouth, and the buttery wagyu short rib is a rich and tender moment. The entrees were served with tortillas on the side with intention: to mix and create your own taco experience. Everything here from the ambience, menu, service, is done intentionally and authentically. We had the best anniversary! Also: I am celiac and it can be incredibly challenging to find places to accommodate - but Casa Playa has a 99% gluten free menu, and I had no worries of cross contact. This was huge for me!

The food was fabulous, ambiance amazing... but if you are trying to have conversation it's hard bc it's very loud. The guacamole was great and they make a green Spanish rice that was fabulous
