We went there this past Saturday. My husband tried to order drinks. The bartender asked us what drinks we were having. As my husband turned to ask me another couple walked up to the bar. The bartender went over and helped them immediately never finished helping. After he was down taking their order he never once came back. We left this was a horrible experience.

The bartender stops taking my order and turns away from me and begins to take the other couples order and bartender left me standing there and didn’t even acknowledge me again has I stood there with the most shocking look on my face. I will NEVER go there again. Very racist

Don’t come here if you wanted to customize your drinks. It’s highly advertised everywhere on the website! According to the waitress this machine has not worked in months and people are always coming in for it. The place is false advertising and really really needs to update the details.

Ask for Bartender Han!! He'll elevate your happy hour! He's not there all the time. Plan B: Ask for Ryan who's been there for 10+ years!! Staff made our happy hour fun. We were able to get a well's drink with a twist (tip EXTRA!). We'd love to be back only if Han or Ryan are working this bar.

Balla's Daily Happy Hour 5pm – 6pm + 9pm – 10pm. Drinks and food at the bar. Walk-in only. Free parking. They close at 10pm too though. $10 wine, spritz, dearly choice drink. $5 crackers, $8 meatballs, $10 stuffed mushrooms, $15 pizza, spaghetti, prosciutto figs. Ask for Pedro there!

Stopped in for cocktails. Drinks were decent, but what was disappointing is that we tipped our server over 20% in cash, but then when I checked my credit card statement an additional $20 tip was added. I feel that is just wrong and shady. I would avoid stopping here, especially since there are much better options on the strip.

Came here with work friends after a meeting and had a wonderful time, mainly thanks to our server Steph! Steph did a great job taking care of us, offering to split our checks if needed, joking with us, and just being over all very lovely! We work in the restaurant industry ourselves, so it’s always wonderful to get this level of friendly and amazing service! The drinks were also delicious. My friend and I opted to get the one of the two drinks options they have where for an extra $4 you can have a photo of your choice literally printed on the top of the foam of the cocktail. Too fun! The atmosphere was also great, as they have multiple spaces you can sit with larger groups. We sat in the little side room and had it all to ourselves which was perfect. This is a great spot, and Steph made it a wonderful night!
