Catch Las Vegas delivered a great overall dining experience, especially when it came to both food quality and service. CATCH at Aria never disappoints. The vibe is great, the food is always on point, and the Wagyu on the lava rock is unreal. But the real reason I keep coming back is Annie. She's hands down the best server I've had in Vegas, super attentive, remembers the details, and makes sure everything is perfect without being overbearing. Every visit feels like VIP treatment.
The service and food were incredible. However, the hostess experience could have been warmer. They were not very friendly when we arrived or when we left. As we were walking out, three of them were chatting among themselves and completely ignored my husband when he said goodnight. After such an amazing dining experience, this interaction took a little away from what otherwise could have been a perfect experience.
