This review is a little biased because I don’t eat pork. But as a non-pork eater, I’ve definitely had better chicken and vegetarian dumplings elsewhere. The versions in oil felt soggy. My pork loving friends always rave about this place and want to go whenever we’re in a city that has a din tai fung. I thought the side dishes were very good. The cucumbers, the wood ear mushrooms and the cabbage are all delicious. Service was excellent.
DTF is always good but for sure the other non-Vegas locations are way better. The soup dumplings and pork buns were the same as were the chocolate desserts but the pot stickers and green beans were not done right.

We had such a great experience at DTF. Service, drinks and food were all as good as any other location we’ve visited. What set this location apart from the others is the dining room. The space is cavernous and oh-so Vegas, decor is elegant and modern.Also setting the Vegas location apart from others is that their portions are smaller and prices higher. So at our local DTF located in La Jolla UTC (San Diego), you get 10 XLB in an order, in Vegas you only get 6. Just something...read full review
