We made a reservation about one week before the dinner date, because the event was to celebrate my wife's birthday and securing the reservation was essential to our plan. There are time you run into a bartender that his art is cocktails… it’s not common but when you find one, you want to try all his master pieces. This is the case for AJ from Aqua. Feel free to order from the menu which some drinks are his creation, but feel free to ask him to create you something… his drinks are of the chart. It’s like having chef Jose Andres of cocktails. Worth the visit. Food is great and atmosphere is amazing.
