Found our new favorite breakfast stop when visiting Vegas! The barista is top notch and delivers not only delicious lattes, but beautiful presentations! No bottled syrups here, made from scratch simple syrup will be used in your coffee. I ordered the chilaquiles and was in blown away with the layers of flavor. Again, made from scratch tortillas, and a flavorful green sauce, eggs cooked to my liking-
If you’re in Vegas you need to get into Chamana’s!

Oh my gosh! So happy we drove back over to Durango for breakfast! We are already huge Other Mama fans and now Chamana’s Cafe! The barista is off the charts, they make their own syrups - by far the best London Fog I have ever had! Now the food was amazing a great balance of flavors and textures! The Oaxaca Benedict was outstanding and the chorizo empanada was so delicious. The crisp was perfect and he filling so good! A must stop every time we come back to Las Vegas - more than worth getting of the strip to enjoy some amazing local chefs!

Honest prices, friendly staff, and maybe your new favorite hangout?

Right now, Chamana's is in its soft opening phase, and you can tell. It started off slow in the morning but got busy around 10:30. The staff was warm and friendly, though some people waited a bit longer for their food. It’s clear they’re still working on fine-tuning the process and team coordination, but I’m confident they’ll get faster over time—after all, it’s only been a week since they opened!

Their drinks are amazing. I tried the seasonal iced spiced apple chai latte with oat milk, which was perfectly smooth, just sweet enough, and totally left me wanting more. Oat milk (and other milk alternatives) cost just $0.50—a relief compared to the usual $1 or more at other places.

For all the coffee lovers out there, Chamana’s uses a La Marzocco KB90 espresso machine and Mahlkonig grinders. The baristas (Adrian & Joe) know the menu well and are super helpful if you’re stuck choosing from so many great options. Bonus: they use biodegradable straws!

Could this be your next 'Third Place'?
I was able to study for a couple of hours after my meal, and the staff was very welcoming about it. However, I wonder if studying will always be encouraged here. Despite being a cafe, I did not see any wall outlets, and they close at 3 PM (most cafes close around 5-8 PM). As the cafe gains popularity, especially with its location next to Desert Breeze Park, it’s possible they may adjust this policy if seating becomes tight during events.

Final Thoughts
Chamana's cafe boasts unique options as a brunch-specialty coffee hybrid cafe. I'm excited to return and try more foods, drinks, and get more studying in!

Pictured below is the lamb barbacoa grilled cheese - fries were mediocre, but the entree was delicious!

Ordered a matcha latte to-go yesterday had great service and proper matcha. came back today for breakfast- started with the passion fruit espresso tonic which was wonderful- then ordered the lox toast and Oaxaca eggs benny. Best eggs benedict i’ve had in las vegas! The barbacoa was flavorful and fell apart in my mouth, hollandaise sauce was mild and smooth-
Ordered the flan as well it was a different texture than i’m used to- maybe more solid than jiggly creamy? but great flavor

-really love this spot i can’t wait to eat my way through the menu :)
