This cheesesteaks are the worst! I got a chicken cheesesteak and asked for Mayo and ketchup and got a dry piece of bread with flavorless chicken and subpar grilled onions! This place is a disgrace!!

Charleys Cheesesteaks offers a wonderful place with super nice and friendly service. The staff is great, always going above and beyond with excellent customer service. The food is delicious, with the Best Philly steak in Vegas and fries that are so good. The ice cream tastes real. The store is super clean with plenty of tables and chairs to sit. There is plenty of parking. It is kid-friendly; staff are super nice and gave a free ice cream cone coupon. However, the boneless chicken wings with parm garlic were too heavily salted. Service is very good; even when an order took long, the crew explained the situation and got the food out in a decent time frame. Customers are definitely going back.
