I've been thinking of trying this place since it originally opened but just today actually tried it. I got the small cheesesteak without toppings. 1st thing I noticed was that the meat was way overcooked!! The flavor was pretty good but it needed less time on the grill top!! I didn't try the fries so can't speak to that right now. I might be back if I'm in the area, though I'll have to let them know to cook the meat a bit less and allow for the carryover cooking.
Food is delicious and fresh I will definitely coming back my kids love the food and the ice cream the employees are super nice they welcome you when you get there they take the food to the tableOld School Cheesesteak was super good

This was my first time eating at Charleys, and I have some feedback: the celery sticks were old and not crunchy,there was no blue cheese dressing available. The wings were overdone and dry. The lemonade with peaches was sweet and good. The staff here is friendly and kind, I think they need a better manager to help them succeed.
