We ordered and paid online. We got to the store and the crew said they never received the order. We showed them the text with the order number, but the staff said there was nothing they can do. We had to pay again to order. Then they messed up the order we paid for. We asked for the receipt and they wouldn't provide it.

Go there once a month when I go to my doctors that is out that way. Wish they had more by my house but they don't so once a month when I go to my doctor I stopped by and get my fries and a hamburger. I live 89183 area so I consider this my treat when I'm out that way too far to drive to go there all the time 💯 too far from my house Igo I'm out that way 💯

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this location. After paying for my meal, I politely asked the cashier, Joana, for my drink cup while waiting for my food. Instead of completing my order, she joana decided to serve other customers first and left me waiting unnecessarily.
When I later asked for ketchup, she threw the packets into my food bag — completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I brought this to the attention of the manager, Liana, expecting at least an apology, but she offered none and showed no concern about her staff’s rude behavior.
It’s disappointing to be treated this way after paying for a meal. Staff at any restaurant should show basic courtesy and respect. I hope corporate sees this and takes action to retrain this crew on proper customer service.

Ordered the Glowzilla combo and made it a large. Everything came out wrong. Wrong drink....burger was smaller than a mcdouble...fries were filled 75%. No ketchup. The workers were nice though

This was an absolutely amazing experience. I got the $4 meal deal with a spicy chicken sandwich. I upgraded to a garlic parmesan fry and was extremely satisfied. I don't even know how to rate the fries; they were so over the top. I definitely recommend this place. Come hungry.
