If you had a problem with you order. It wasnt an accident. This location is essentially hangout area for the families of the employed that work there. Im currently opening a civil litigation case against this establishment. Please report this store to the better business bureau. They cant ignore us forever while this criminals steal our money and replace it with unsanitary food and service. This is the most racist unprofessional fast food restaurant Ive ever been too. They literally dont allow nobody in the store unless your mexican. They will also sabotage your food if your not mexican. So I outsmarted the company and changed my name to maria…when I went to pick my food up they said they didnt recieve that order (because I wasnt who they expected) then they told me to call in and get a refund in which I still havent received because I made a complaint on how poorly they are running the company. This is literally the worst fast food restaurant in the world. They are doing so much illegal activity, its insane that this place is still open

I was so excited to eat here, and they got my order all wrong.. Gave us the wrong order. The women who took are order gave us 3 drinks for our meals, then only gave us two meals said we didn't order when it clearly ask for meals 3 meals on the receipt. Then food was very dry and the burgers tates like it was over cooked. Then the manager said whe didn't order it then why did you give us 3 drinks if we didn't order 3 meals. I advise you not going to this location they do not take care of there customer at all be careful. Also there dine in was close they didn't give any reason they serve you out the windows like it's drive thru.

I was there around 11:30pm this evening. The drive through AI is an ok concept but at some point a live attendant should promptly take the order when it is failing to do so. And then the crazy guy at the drive through window was very pushy and had bad customer service. Our chicken bites were spoiled... Taste like they were allowed to thaw outside of the freezer and set out for the day. Terrible experience.

I ordered 2 burgers “Rally’s Signature Burger” as simple as they come & I couldn’t believe the so called burger I received, I even asked for cheese and they took the burger back and placed a cold piece of cheese on it, wasn’t even the same bread that was advertised! The meat was terrible, tastes like precooked patties you buy at a dollar store Second order was “Cheese Champ” They used the pre-cooked patty and guess what ?!??? You wouldn’t believe it !!! Drum roll please !!!!! It had no cheese lmao !!!! People if y’all hungry DO NOT GO HERE !!!!! I’d rather eat Gas Station Food !!!! This is first fast food service spot in Vegas that actually serves piping hot food. My fries were still hot after ten minutes of sitting there. Staff is nice n friendly. Good menu choices and food was legit. Would def recommend going back even though far from my home.
Food is always hot & fresh! Best fries & cheeseburger around!!! Get the #1 with a large lemonade, you won't regret it. ?
Parking: There is a lot of parking to eat your food while it is super hot & fresh!

I've been to this restaurant three times in the past 2 weeks. Drive thru each time. I have never been in a slower drive thru. 45 minutes for six cars. Cold food, soggy frys. Another visit was 25 minutes for 4 cars. Cold stix, This visit was the best. 1 car ahead of me. 15 minutes for 1 car. I sit at the window for 5 minutes just watching them. Watched an employee just standing and talking with others, drinking from a cup she's placing on food prep surfaces, wearing food handling gloves. I'm glad she was too busy talking to do anything with my food, I didn't want her saliva from her cup going on her gloves handing my food. Really gross. At least the food was hot this time. I'm done with Rally's for a while. This location is really bad. The only good part about this location is the AI order taker in the drive thru, hasn't messed up once.
