This little place is great!! Very friendly atmosphere. I've yet to meet an employee who wasn't super friendly and always smilying! One time an unruly customer harrassed me and was kicked out immediately. I was a bit nervous about walking to my car and the lady behind the counter assured me I would be safe and got me not one but 2 escorts out to the parking lot to make sure I was ok!!! Sarah, Justice, Nickie, and Shane are the best customer service people any establishment could ever ask for!! The machines are as loose as a rusty nut on an engine block ( in other words, gambling machines suck) but I still love the employees.

Best staff and gameplay for us locals. My favorite afterwork hangout. The service and customer service at the Joanies on Boulder and Tropicana far outshines the local casinos: Sams Town, Longhorns, Arizona Charlies, Dotties and when it was open, The Cannery. During this Covid-19 pandemic and all the closures, I have seriously missed my favorite place to unwind.
