The Cheesecake Factory

We were told the waiting time and asked to sit, but customers who arrived after us were seated first. Despite many available tables, we were placed in a corner next to the dish storage area, making it hard to get staff attention.
The most unpleasant part was when a staff member tossed a straw onto our table instead of placing it properly. It felt disrespectful and left a very bad impression.
The food is okay for the price, but the service quality is poor. I’m not expecting exceptional friendliness—just basic courtesy.

Loved the avocado egg rolls! The deep fried mac and cheese balls were good but very heavy and the chipotle pasta was just okay. Service was really good and we sat at the patio and enjoy the view of the aquarium.

Front hostess lost our reservation..
So that prolonged our sitting..
But then our waitress Arianna was just the sweetest and made our dining experience wholesome

I had been to this location in past years many times and loved it but, this time I came here with friends and it was an epic fail.

I had difficulty finding something that I could eat that did not have meat because I do not eat meat. I told the server, Sophia but, she did not seem to care much or try to assist in figuring something out. So, everyone else ordered and I still could not find anything. Since I did not want to slow the others down, I opted to pass on ordering at the moment.

I kept looking over the menu and I finally found something that I thought would work. It was not what I really wanted to eat (sweet corn tamale cakes) but, I was really hungry and needed to get something. So, I kept waiting for the waitress to return but, a lot of time was passing and she still had not and I knew the other orders would be ready soon. So, I asked another waitress to let my waitress know what I had selected. She said that she would. Then, less than a minute later I noticed the breakfast options and saw that there was something that I could eat and would actually enjoy. So, I caught the other waitress quickly to let her know and asked if it was served all day. She said that the one that I wanted was served all day and that she was going to hurry and let my waitress know so that the other order could be cancelled. But, she did not ask me how I wanted my eggs or the type of bread that I wanted. So, I thought that she or my waitress would come back and deal with it. But, no one ever came back and there was no one around to inform so that I could make sure it was ordered. After a while, I know the other orders would be ready at any minute and I began to fear more and more that the order had not been placed and I had been forgotten.

Sure enough, the other orders soon arrived and I was left with nothing. After a few more minutes, Sophia finally reappeared and I was over it at that point because the others were eating and I knew that would be finished and then have to wait for me because I am a slow eater.

My friend still told the waitress what happened and asked if I wanted something. But, I told her that I was just not going to order because I eat slow and now they would have to wait for me.

She walked away and then returned about 5 minutes later saying that she told her manager what happened and they wanted to give me a slice of cheesecake. I appreciated the gesture but, I was still starved and would have to go somewhere else to get something to eat. So, that did not really leave me feeling happy and like the issue was resolved, even though it was a nice gesture.

Unfortunately, I have to say that this experience was not enjoyable at all and this location is not as good as I believe it used to be in years past. Thus, I will not be returning to this location because this experience was still an epic fail (I left starving).

I had fish, it was delicious, it melted in my mouth and it was flavorful.

This place is phenomenal, service is on point and tipping is worth it because you get what you pay for, food is so good and clean place with a very calm environment

Lorelai was amazing!! We are visiting from Australia and never been but thought we would try. The food did not disappoint, Lorelai was very kind and attentive. She answered any questions and gave some amazing suggestions. We will be back!

Very good staff and the food was great

ALLAN is the best!! It was Allan’s first day and he was absolutely amazing! He was so sweet and has the best laugh! I cannot express how wonderful he way enough! I hope he thrives here, he deserves it!!
