What a fantastic restaurant. The entire experience was just delightful. David our waiter was very knowledgeable of the menu, and made some great suggestions. The raw oysters and the oyster Rockefeller were so delicious. We even had extra oysters for dessert which they gladly accommodated. Beautiful place, incredible prices for the value. Will definitely return on my next trip to Las Vegas.

Lunch at The Water Grill. Chilean Sea Bass and Salmon were ordered. Both were perfectly prepared and accompanied. The fries are really good too. Atmosphere is very nice. The service was par excellance. I have eaten a lot of Sea Bass. Some better than others. The Water Grill's Sea Bass was hands down the best I have ever had. The cut was generous. The preparation was divine. This is definitely a place to try when you are in Vegas. Top Notch.
