A Slice of Heaven at Caesar's Palace! From the moment I stepped into The Cheesecake Factory at Caesar's Palace, I was greeted with the warmest of welcomes, particularly from the wonderful lady at the bakery counter. Her attentiveness and kind demeanor made my experience all the more delightful. The cheesecake (cinnabon) was nothing short of delicious, living up to the high standards that the brand is known for. Each bite was a testament to the consistent quality that The Cheesecake Factory prides itself on.Admittedly, the price for a single slice was a much higher than what I've encountered elsewhere. But considering the Vegas vibe and the prestigious location within a luxurious resort, it was an expected indulgence. What truly stood out, however, was the commendable service provided by the lady at the counter (I wish that I caught her name). Her respectful and pleasant nature was the cherry on top of an already delightful visit. It's the kind of service that beckons you back for another slice of that creamy, dreamy cheesecake.

We were so hungry and had reservation elsewhere but it was still a few hours away.We ordered a flatbread to go. As an appetizer lolThey brought out the wrong flatbread but Madison was very gracious and so kind. She fixed the error immediately and brought out the correct flatbread we ordered. It was exactly what we needed to keep is going until dinner. Thanks Madison.

The Cheesecake Factory - CF - really is going down the drain these days. At one point, it was a glamorous collection of tasty dishes from various cuisines. Yes, the "book" menu was overwhelming but at least you think you'd get value. The decor was always airy and nice. And yes, the cheese cakes were to die for. It was a place where they allowed "upscale" dining at reasonable prices, and you left absolutely stuffed. Value, value, value. The CF at Caesars Palace is tucked away at the cul de sac within the forum shops. And due to its pricepoint, there's always a line outside as if it is a theater show. Well, all of this is good but when the food really comes to bland, uneventful, a dump of large portions, you really get to think about why you're sitting in the restaurant where the culinary heights are raised every day at Las Vegas. Yes, it is slightly cheaper than other places on the strip, but it is absolutely a waste of every dollar you spend on food you'd only eat when you're starved.Combine this with the rowdiness, slow service, and did I say barely edible food? Everything just a cookie-cutter preparation with a large portions that make you feel uncomfortable. At least back in the heydays, the CF bread was warm and soft.Save yourself time, stress, and money. CF is not worth the Strip.
We went to Las Vegas for my girlfriend’s 21 Birthday. Stopped by the Cheesecake Factory for a Celebration Cheesecake. It is absolutely delicious. The staff was very polite and helpful.THANK YOU CHEESECAKE FACTORY AT THE FORUMS SHOPS

Located in a shopping center, the food is not as good as other chain stores. I was surprised. The waitress wasn't friendly either.
