Very tasty Thai food. I had the red chicken curry and egg rolls (best tasting I’ve had from anywhere). Staff was super friendly and the inside was very clean. Highly recommend!

So good I’m looking forward to taking my Mother here next time she’s in town. We tried the pad see ew and massaman curry spice level 8. Both were delicious and spiced just right. Not too hot that you’re in tears, but just enough kick to keep you looking forward to another bite. Plus 4 chicken egg rolls that were packed with love. What a pleasant surprise this place was. Worth the drive and exploring the menu further. Thanks for the great customer service and home flavored savoring food. Our new Thai spot added to the list.

Tucked away, hidden in a corner of the Smart and Final Shopping Center at Decatur and Lake Mead Blvd. is what has become one of my favorite Thai Restaurants around Las Vegas. The environment was very tastefully done and very clean. While the total price was a little above average, the total of the tab came to $64.00 (before tip) for two appetizers; The Chicken Egg Rolls were light and crispy and the Chicken Satay tender & delicious. Two delicious entrees including my favorite, Pad Thai Beef and Shrimp Combo and Pad Kee Mao (with thick noodles) both perfectly seasoned with noodles cooked to perfection, and a very fancy Italian Iced Mango Soda (with fresh whipped cream & real mango on top). I always rate the Pad Thai as the signature dish of any Thai Restaurant and theirs was top shelf, although I was surprised not to find an extra helping of bean sprouts on the plate. But there were just enough freshly mixed in to satisfy. However, the beef, while ample, was very tough. Next time I'll go with just shrimp (large & succulent) and save a few dollars. Their level of hotness is rated 1 - 10. Being my 1st visit I chose 5. They're very conservative with their spiciness so next time I'll make it a 7 on the heat scale. The owners, T.C. and his Wife/Chef were friendly, courteous and attentive and watched over us. I got the feeling because of the beautiful presentation of the food that his wife is an award winning chef, definitely not just another run of the mill Thai Restaurant. They really live up to their name: ChefMillion Thai Restaurant. Only they should add two $$ after Million. Highly recommended.

Having been to a wide variety of Thai restaurants including Weera, Lotus of Siam, Archi's, Le Thai, and D E Thai, etc. I can compare in detail. Food: I had the veggie panang curry as well as the Pad See Ew on a separate occasion. Panang: ok flavor, fresh veggies, perfectly cooked rice. Problems: the sweetness over-powered the savory and tangy flavors. Also the consistency of the curry was runny and very oily, not creamy at all. For these reasons I would give the curry a 6/10. To make it better I would decrease the sugar and increase the coconut milk/creaminess. Pad See Ew: well done. Great noodles, flavor, and balance. 8/10. Nothing earth-shattering however.Thai Tea: one of the better Thai teas. Good milk/tea ratio and the tea is not overbrewed. 9/10. Service: 10/10. Friendly, fast, attentive. I have only good things to say about the service.Ambiance: It is a bit of a hole-in-the-wall place, the ambiance is casual but there are tasteful decorations and a very beautiful small bamboo fountain at the cashier counter. 7/10.

Food was very good, service was pleasant but as another reviewer said, the really should turn off the florescent lighting and use the incandescent that they already have installed. That would make it a lot better atmosphere.......

My wife and I, with my brother and his son, had the pleasure of dining at Chef Million this evening. (1/6/24)The food and service was absolutely excellent. We had the Pad Thai, Teriyaki chicken, Mongolian beef, Red curry, and Tom yum Seafood Soup.It was a wonderful experience and we will return. The only thing I would change is the lighting. A tad dimmer would add value to the ambience. :)

I’d say I’m well versed in the Thai restaurants around town. And I love this spot, it’s close to our home. We live the Pad Seeew and the Pad thai is a go to. Can’t forget about the Rangoons, they were packed with filling. Even as a to go order the noodles still came smoking hot !

Pleasantly surprised!! I'm a huge Thai fan and like to think I've tried more than most places in Vegas and would consider this top 5, maybe even top 3 for location!!! I even enjoyed their Thai tea and I'm not a usual fan! Chef million knows what he's doing and the staff was friendly!

My wife and I went to a new Thai restaurant called Chef million Thai bistro. I saw a few videos of this place on YouTube, and decided to check them out? When we arrived, the staff was really nice and gave excellent customer service. We've ordered their orange chicken, my wife wanted hers spicy, and mine non spicy, with a side of their garlic rice and egg rolls. When our food came out, it was a culinary experience.Just by the presentation looks amazing. Their orange chicken was breaded perfectly using white breast meat that was covered in their orange sauce, where I can actually taste real oranges and other seasonings. The chicken remained crunchy till the very end.Their egg rolls were also very good. They were hot and fresh with a side of their delicious dipping sauce that was a little spicy.Their steamed garlic rice had the right amount of garlic that wasn't overpowering, and it was a nice break from the grease of the fried egg rolls and orange chicken.I give Chef million Thai Bistro 10/10!
