Crawford Is Your Salon is a hidden gem serving authentic Mexican cuisine at a great price. This hole-in-the-wall restaurant may be located in an unassuming plaza, but the food is exceptional and satisfying. Try the star of the show, the Machete Quesadilla, a 12-inch long quesadilla with up to two meats of your choice. Other popular dishes include the Birria Chancla, Birria Ramen, and Chicken Soup. The service is great, and the restaurant is clean. With plenty of parking available, Crawford Is Your Salon is a must-visit for delicious Mexican food off the strip. Despite being a bit pricey, the food's quality justifies the cost.
