Chewy Boba Company

An employee took my order and gave me the wrong drink. This is fine and I told him that I actually ordered a different drink and he proceeded to argue with me for no reason. This is my first bad experience at a boba shop, wont be going back.

As far as Boba places go, this joint is pretty standard. If they have the flavors you actually want in stock, it's almost worth braving the drug-infested corner of Vegas that the store is tucked away in. Drinks are generally served in a short amount of time, so props to that. If only that twink they have working behind the counter didn't feel the need to make a snarky remark every time his boss' customers order one of their popular flavors, like brown sugar or mocha (he seems especially comfortable speaking his mind out loud when there are no men accompanying the customer group). He must be plenty comfortable with the security of his job.

They always make my smoothie perfect (my fav is taro and tarocado boba)! Anybody I have brought in was satisfied and happy! And their prices are reasonable! The staff was courteous and smiling most of the time. It's a good place to do catch up with friends and do some laptop work. I highly recommend chewy boba!!!

No questions about the tea, but the staff started playing music at a high volume in the middle of my phone call. I was speaking on the phone in a normal speaking voice. There were NO other customers inside the cafe. But the staff started playing music as a passive aggressive sign for me to take my phone call elsewhere. This was directed at me; there wasn’t any music playing beforehand. Rude and unprofessional.

Super cute shop and the menu was easy to read. I got the mango smoothie and one of the maroon (matcha latte). The smoothie didn't taste artificial and tasted pretty close to mango. The maroon was fresh and melted in your mouth.

they went out of their way to make sure it was vegan for me ( non dairy with soy milk and no “non dairy creamer”) the boba was FANTASTIC!! and they had both soy milk and mini boba, so rare! 10/10

Love the bogo 6 to 8pm

I only came here because my niece Sasha wanted us to come from the boulevard Mall. It seems nice enough easy, simple, turn everything on the menu seems to be between 5 and 8 dollars. There's no music playing inside the place which they should change, and maybe add a little color to the walls but it does what it's supposed to do which is give you a place to sit down and have a boba tea. It's right directly across the street from the University Student Union. In the same plaza as the US Post office. I would definitely recommend this for a student or somebody that has to get a passport and wants to sit down and fill out some paperwork. I took a picture of my receipt so I can remember what to bring the babies if I want to surprise them,
