Check your order before you leave! Absolutely the worst experience. We waited an unusually long time for a very small order (1 wrap, 1 kids meal, and a 30-piece nugget). When we finally got home, the wrap was missing, as well as the mac & cheese from the kids meal.
I called to try to resolve the issue, but the employee couldn’t figure out how to issue a credit to our app and told me to drive back to the store. That’s not reasonable, I'm a ways away & especially after such a long wait and multiple mistakes.

The food was great. Chickfilla is always known for its service, but the manager here was incredible. He was was going above and beyond, assisting the elderly patrons and making all feel welcome! Great job!

WEle've been to Chic Filas all.around the world as we travel & this one was by far the worst we ever been to. The guy Yaraceth (black hair, glasses) literally try arguing with us after showing him I.D. that we are of age for the senior discount. Never habe we had any Chic Fila ever deny us. I will be filling a Better Business Beaurs complaint. Manager could careless less

Consistent food. Spicy chicken deluxe excellent. Presentation of the burger looks like an advertisement. Waffle fries are the best. Dip them in their sauces.

1st and Last experience at Chik Fil A. I went there today to try the pretzel bun. Chicken sandwich with the bacon and the frosted cherry berry and waffle fries. Service started great. Took order and was on my way only 3 cars ahead of me and it took 17 ish minutes to get my food. Person at window was a very talkative and actually came out the window almost to the car window talking. SMH!. Frosted Chery berry tasted like medicine tossed in the trash. Asked for no lettuce was loaded up with lettuce. Asked for dijon no received had to ask. Chicken sandwich patty was dry like it might have been reworked non the less stringy and dry. Waffle fries yummm. However at over 16 for a combo and such a bad experience no value whatsoever 😕 not sure what the hype is but never again!
