The food was great. Chickfilla is always known for its service, but the manager here was incredible. He was was going above and beyond, assisting the elderly patrons and making all feel welcome! Great job!

The guy Yaraceth (black hair, glasses) literally try arguing with us after showing him I.D. that we are of age for the senior discount. Never habe we had any Chic Fila ever deny us. 1st and Last experience at Chik Fil A. I went there today to try the pretzel bun. Chicken sandwich with the bacon and the frosted cherry berry and waffle fries. Service started great. Took order and was on my way only 3 cars ahead of me and it took 17 ish minutes to get my food. Person at window was a very talkative and actually came out the window almost to the car window talking. SMH!. Frosted Chery berry tasted like medicine tossed in the trash. Asked for no lettuce was loaded up with lettuce. Asked for dijon no received had to ask. Chicken sandwich patty was dry like it might have been reworked non the less stringy and dry. Waffle fries yummm. However at over 16 for a combo and such a bad experience no value whatsoever 😕 not sure what the hype is but never again!

Ordered two meals, a salad, and an extra large fry. The nugget meal was missing two nuggets and there was a fry missing from one of the meals. Food arrived warm at best. Since it was delivered there’s nothing to be done.

So first. The customer service was rude. And had to repeat order multiple times. Then the chicken was so over cooked. And rubbery like went through microwave. And had to ask for condiments again at window. We both agreed that this was the worst chick-fil-a visit ever.

To say I'm disappointed would be a huge understatement. I only received 5 pieces in my 8 piece grilled nugget order. It would have been a fairly small meal with the entirety of the 8 pieces, but what I got was tiny. I could not even have them fix my order because the dining room is closed for renovations, so the drive through line was huge. They also told me while I was in line that their system was down and they weren't taking any orders, but when I got near the end of the line several more than several minutes later they took my order anyway. The funny thing is I had already called ahead to order a sub from somewhere, but since I was trapped in the Chick-fil-A drive through I just went ahead with it- big mistake bros. I honestly have zero desire to ever come here again after this debacle. Over 20 minutes in the drive through getting my emotions toyed with just to receive some little scraps of chicken that left me with the same appetite as when I arrived. Never again. edit- they also look NOTHING like the picture, where they're distinctly nugget-shaped. They looked suspiciously as if someone had cut a chicken patty from the grilled chicken sandwich into little pieces.
