I buy a combo #7 grill sandwich. During my orders I says the guy I need 4 chick fill a souce , and the manager tell guy just put 2. I think the name is theirny is big lady in front. And look fries by almost $15. They sale trash fries in the bottom

Drive thru order was completely wrong. Ordered strips got nuggets. Order classic chicken sandwich got spicy. Ordered 2 mac & cheese got NONE. called to let them know they said to come back and get what was missing and offered a dessert for the inconvience. Food wasnt ready and my food at home is getting cold while i wait for this food. Asked what dessert i wanted. Said brownie got home guess what wasn't in there the Brownie! I understand they get busy but this is ridiculous!!!! How do you mess up twice!

Walked in right as opening ordered two breakfast sandwiches order got messed up no big deal, but as I wait again I ask if the would like me to return the sandwiches. Got told no which was good as for they are not supposed to.. but when he brought my remade sandwiches he asked for the first two after sticking his hand in my bag and proceeded to the garbage can which was completely ridiculous. Only upset cause the homeless guy out front was going to get them 😂

It's super expensive I have to go back there to get the sauces they did not give me none for one small meal I paid 17$ it was not even good sorry I will not go there again.

The owner needs to give Julio whom was working 2 evenings ago a raise and promote him, as he offered exceptional customer service! The young man went above and beyond to make a random customers day! Thank you, Julio! 🫡🙏

This is the worst Chic fila in Las Vegas. The general manager Tori will purposely sabotage your food if you make a complaint against her. Then she wont refund you your money instead she will laugh in your face and offer you more sabotaged food to compensate. The entire staff is unprofessional which is understandable once you see the level of professionalism is excersiced by the manager Tori. Rather than refund you your money. If your reading this because your order was messed up than theres a strong chance it was done purposely just report the general manager Tori in the stripped shirt. Im sure she does this all the time by how funny she thought it was that I was making a big deal about 9 dollars that I paid essentially for nothing.

Chick-fil-A always a quick go to for some nuggets on the run.
The workers in Las Vegas really need some applause for being outside in the 100° plus weather with only water misting them~ and still appearing happy and smiling. I pray they get some kind of hazard pay!❤️
