It's a cafe. Five stars for food and atmosphere wouldn't be appropriate, but they definitely have a five-star staff. Don't let the missing star fool you. I keep coming back.
Cafe is inside the Palms Casino. The casino is off-strip and so are the prices, a little bit lower than strip prices, in line with typical restaurant prices in Las Vegas.

My partner and I chose to dine their Late Night Special $7.77 or $19.99. I got the $7.77 ultimate breakfast. He got the $19.99 16oz steak and eggs.
