AVOID! Well 2.9 says it all...how many clients are ripped off having not simply looked at the reviews. The owner responded to a comment with the token we'll do better and improve here I was 10 months after that feedback and it absolutely has not improved likely gotten worse based on my experience. Guy Fieri shame on you as a big fan I've lost a ton of respect for your brand and this garbage serving. The tenders were small, not good tasting , honestly tastes as bad as a Walmart chicken tender with no sides for $17 four piece tenders. And there was bo box or lid on the tenders only a carton like french fries come it so obviously the food to go wasn't going to stay warm long. Never again, I wouldn't even eat it if it was free unless I was stranded and extremely hungry. Do yourself a favor and walk and find something else look at the overall horrible reviews.

So slow
Sandwiches were good. Bourbon BBQ and Hot Honey. Problem was all soft drink machines in Forum Food Court were down. When you pay 7.00 per drink a refill is nice but there wasn't anyone to solve the problem and fix the machines. Lots of angry pop drinkers.

if I could give this place a 0 I would. they are serving oversized dino nuggets. you can tell the chicken isn’t fresh and tastes like it came straight out of a bag and right into the microwave. for the price especially it’s horrible. never again. they need to shut this place down for horrible food. should be illegal to sell something this bad.
The chicken strips are disgusting and waaaayyy over priced. The dipping sauces were good but that’s it. The strips are caked in hard crispy breading and taste almost like stale steak fingers. Zaxby’s, Canes, Bojangles all blow this place out of the water.

This location is located in Caesar's Palace. The chicken sandwich has 3 huge fingers and the special sauce is legit. The fries is not too shabby either. Huge thumbs up?.

It's a good let's just grab something to eat real quick. We definitely agreed it was a one stop try.

Food is very good. Had BLAT and it was fresh and delicious. Also ordered a Classic with no pickle, but it came with pickles. For those who don’t like pickles, it ruins the sandwich. You can’t just take the pickle off and not still taste pickle. The problem with this place is that their post-order, food pick-up service system, absolutely sucks. They have to fix the system. The cooks should mark the package when they put the sandwich into the box. Today, the person handing out the orders had to re-open every box to see what was inside to know if they were filling the orders correctly. The way the sandwiches are wrapped, it’s impossible to see what’s inside. The “system” is extremely inefficient and it takes way too long to fulfill orders. I was lucky I got there when I did. The line was about to backup big time. Fix the system! Especially in a casino where time is money for the customers, and especially for the casino (Caesars Palace).

Went here twice during our stay in Vegas - first time delicious, second time the chicken was smaller and a bit lacking in taste.

I’m not going to comment on price because it’s Vegas and options are limited so prices are sky high. I went here at normal lunch time 12-1 and the line was fairly long but not too bad, even with 3 conferences going on. Approx time 10-15 min
I ordered the chicken salad, which is the only salad option for $20. If you try to order online you get a $1 service fee charge so unless you’re in a hurry or don’t care I would wait in line. The salad comes with a vinaigrette, it’s ok, I probably would’ve substituted for ranch but who knows how much that upgrade will cost you. Service was fast, listen for your number so you don’t wait. It’s on the top or bottom of your receipt. The seating is food court style so scout out seating ahead of time or sent a representative to save seats.
Overall the salad was as described. It was filling and fresh and I liked the addition of the peppers. I would come here again for a quick bite to eat.

A $14 chicken sandwich in a casino food court. Nothing special, if anything that shit goes a bit too well done.

The prices are wack.
I was on a Mac n’cheese hunt after all the walking in Vegas I finally got here I decided to go with the Mac n’ cheese w/ fried chicken strips cut into pieces on top, was a little disappointed the Mac was dry the chicken strips was meh. Fried pickles was ok, the buttermilk ranch was better and finishing it off with the Oreo shake that was the best part tbh.Way to pricey but then again it’s Vegas so what do u expect
