Chipotle'qualuttnof food and service have gone down hill in the last couple years. Thought I'd try them again just to be disappointed. Disinterested staff and ingredients that tasted like they'd been sitting all day. Smaller portions too.
Every time we go to this location on Lake Mead, they are always out of something. This isn’t once in a while. It’s every single time. Tonight they’re out of steak, Carne Asada, no peppers and onions no chips and no vinegarette.. They need to get their crap together, I am no longer going to that location. They get a fail.
The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was vibrant. Despite the restaurant being busy as usual, the service remained exceptional. I am giving a 5-star rating, as the staffing challenges were clearly beyond the team's control.
