They ran out of rice and brisket, so I had to wait. The chips were stale. The staff was fairly communicative regarding what was going on, but they didn't seem to care and they didn't apologize for the situation.

I had a great experience at Chipotle thanks to Legacy’s outstanding customer service. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient as I placed my order. Legacy made sure every detail was perfect and even offered helpful suggestions. Her warm demeanor and efficiency made my visit truly enjoyable. Legacy is a valuable asset to the team, and I’ll definitely be returning because of her excellent service!

I'm rating this Chipotle a 3 because I was not greeted coming into the door. Also when I asked was there fajitas they told me " NO FAJITAS" I thought to myself, you don't have anybody even making any? Or you just don't have any at all. I work at a Chipotle for 2 years in the past and either way that's unacceptable.
