Food was good,
There was not much of any service, the order had to be placed by QR code. Still, they had gratuity that automatically applies once I order anything.
The staff was very cooperative. Also, I think I noticed there is no rice with their curry you have to order naan or rice separately.

Whenever I come to Vegas, stopping by this Indian restaurant is always on my list. The absolute best part of their menu is their curries, which are packed with authentic flavor and perfectly spiced every single time. On top of the good food, the way they maintain the entire restaurant is just phenomenal. Chowrastha - Indian Eatery is an Indian restaurant in Las Vegas, close to the Strip. The food is good, with curries packed with authentic flavor and perfectly spiced. The menu is diverse, and the dosa is good, while the pulav is good but not biriyani. The entree is decent, but the bread is not great, and the Puri is full of oil. There is no rice with the curry; naan or rice must be ordered separately. The vegetarian selection is quite limited, so vegetarians might struggle to find a good variety. The dining area is always kept super neat, tidy, and clean. The staff is very cooperative and welcoming, and the weekend buffet has fresh, tasty food with regular refills. The buffet selection includes Apollo Fish, Jalapeño Chicken, Mutton Biryani, Chicken Biryani, Payasam, Appadam, Gongura Pachadi, Mango Pachadi, Curd Rice, and many more. Service can be disappointing, with long waits for a paneer dosa, and orders had to be placed by QR code. Gratuity automatically applies once anything is ordered.
