There was 4 birthday party tables being used including ours which was scheduled for 12:30PM. We got there 15 minutes before our time to make sure things are in place, however they were very short staffed on a Saturday, Jan. 20. It took more than an hour for the food to arrive, we ordered extra sets of food, plates, cups, kid's give-aways, etc. but they didn't get to serve it. Food was decent, but again it took very long. The food was not good. The playtime was great and the best part.Kid-friendliness: I love that the entire party has a matching hand stamp. No one else can leave with someone else's child.
