Every day before work, I always stop by to grab a coffee and Clara is the first person that always greets me. She knows my order before I even ask & she is so sweet and nice!!! Definitely recommend coming during breakfast hours if you want the best service

"Disappointing Sweet Treat" 🍦👎
Unfortunately, my recent visit was a bit of a letdown. While the Cesar Palace/ luxury shopping mall ambiance was nice, the Gelato itself fell short. The flavor "monster blue" lacked depth and the texture was a bit icy. Considering the price, I was expecting a more premium experience.

Too expensive for a mango chamoy drink... 60 USD!!! And additional the tip...
They don't have the prices on display and I feel like they charge you however they want.
It's not worth it, if you want a drink go to FAT TUESDAY...

I don't recommend this place because they don't serve you.Or what is on the menu that you ordered. They have a menu with photos but no prices. Fine. That's ok. I can ask if guess, but that's annoying, i am not on the beach of Mexico where they make up prices.
The biggest NO was ordering the combo with pretzel and Gelato. The Gelato in the photo was a cup with 3 or 4 flavors, topped with whipped cream and cookies. After we paid hough and were getting the gelato, the chick was putting it in a bowl. We were like, no, it's the one on the cup. Pointed to the picture. So she gets a cup, asks us what flavors. We say, just like the photo please! She days now, it's only 2 flavors that's it. So we had to stand there for a minute or 2 to convince her to give us what was advertised!! The pretzel was good Had a hot dog, the dog itself was so bad though. Like it had been on a heat roller for hours. Chewy and dry.
I dont like bad service. I dont like false advertising.

The overall experience was overshadowed by the price point relative to the quality of the product. Opting for the 3-scoop option, which included vanilla and chocolate flavors, we were disappointed to find that the vanilla scoop had noticeable ice crystals. This added an unwelcome texture and diminished the overall enjoyment of the treat.
