Loved! the Ciao Ristorante, great food and wonderful service.
I don’t even know where to start. I absolutely loved this place. My dad, fiance & I all came here for Thanksgiving & from the second we walked in, the people were all so friendly, the atmosphere was extremely inviting & the food was outstanding. We all got the Thanksgiving dinner & had different parts of the Thanksgiving 4 course meal they had. I had the Butternut Squash soup & the actual Thanksgiving dinner dish itself which consisted of Turkey, white & dark meat, asparagus, mashed potatoes, & stuffing with gravy & cranberry sauce on the sides. To me, it was the perfect amount of food & I was full but not overly stuffed. It was delicious. The bread also was excellent. The best part of our entire meal was our waitress, it says on the receipt Ashley H specifically. She was the absolute perfect example of exemplary customer service & she was outstanding. Whenever you needed her she was close by, & she was super willing to help explain the menu & answer any questions about how things were done in their restaurant, & I really enjoyed her personality & how upbeat she was. We all agreed that we couldn’t think of a time individually or together where we had better service at any point, let alone a holiday. 10/10 experience & we will be back & always request Ashley H whenever we go!

Pasta the way it should be.....I've eaten pasta all over the world and enjoyed some of the west coast's best in Seattle, San Francisco and L.A.. Having spent over a month in Italy over the past year, finding the kind of pasta that makes your mouth happy, is a rarity in Las Vegas. Well, no more, as chef Joel Myers has hit it out of the park. It's clear he learned well working with Marc Vetri, as the pasta dish I had will give even Evan Funk a run for the money not here, but in Funk's Venice spot, Felix. Myers pasta is so fresh and light, you want to spoon it away slowly, savoring it. The Caesar salad with a hint of Calabrian chili and roasted garlic is filling while still being light.
So pasta lovers rejoice. We have a pasta palace in Summerlin, and it's Ciao Vino.

Jose and Bri are some of the best bartenders I’ve ever met! Their personable, knowledgeable, and so kind and accommodating! They’re both rarities for Vegas!

The food was literally delicious. The salad was so good!!!!! The happy hour options seemed limited, however, once you ordered something you recognized that there was tons of variety. The happy hour appetizer we ordered was so delicious….. We actually ordered a second one. YUM!!!!
The bar staff didn’t really seem to know much about anything, but understandable. The place is still really new. I’ve been hearing many wonderful things from my clients and was incredibly excited to check it out, we will definitely be back and can’t wait to see what they do with the patio!

We went to the restaurant only about a month after they opened to celebrate something special. We ordered a few glasses of wine and asked for bread (which is apparently only available by request) and it wasn’t it stated anywhere. We ordered the rotolo and lasagna. The rotolo was good but average and was one noodle wrapped around. I had about 4 bites total.
The lasagna was semi cold and came out with a bone in it. The bone was the size of an almond. We said something to our waiter and he immediately took it back and consulted the chef. We reordered and the second plate came with a smaller bone in it. Like a toothpick sized. The waiter said it probably was from the ground meat.
Once it happened the second time and we said something, no manager came over, no chef, and our waiter returned after a few minutes just to ask if we wanted to see a dessert menu.
The service was not up to a standard of that restaurant. We are very average folks and felt the food was average.
The staff should have been more accommodating due to it being so new and a bone coming in the food twice.
We will not be back. Fortunately they didn’t charge for the lasagna but the waiter didn’t apologize or even make mention. He acted standoffish when it happened.
We would absolutely not recommend. Which is sad, because I would never want to say such negative things about such a nice place.
Had a wonderful meal here last night. Beautiful restaurant, very knowledgeable and friendly staff, and the food was exceptional. We will be back! Highly recommend.

I recently visited Ciao Vino in Boca Park, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely mind-blowing. The oysters were incredibly fresh, and the wine selection paired perfectly. Sitting at the bar was a treat, as the bartenders were friendly and engaging, making for a great conversation.
Chef Lupe and his team went above and beyond with every dish – they truly bring passion to the table. If you live in Vegas, especially around the Southwest or Summerlin area, this spot is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

Had dinner here at 7 PM last Friday and it was a good time! Lovely atmosphere with the live music, great food and drinks (oysters was super fresh), friendly staff. Pretty fast service, by the way, which is unusual for Friday nights comparing to other restaurants. Overall, I'm happy and can't wait to come here again!

My wife and I had a great experience. The food was outstanding. The veal Parmesan and the crispy potatoes were fantastic. I highly recommend them. the people were very friendly and made you feel very welcome Katie our host was magnificent and Ashley our server was extremely pleasant , very efficient and attentive. I highly recommend this place. One exception the noise level was a little bit up there and while the food was a little pricey, I felt the value for what they gave you was there. I saw several people walk out with shopping bags of food. The wine was extremely reasonable by the bottle.
Expected better on the food. My orrechetti dish had only crumbs of protein. Barely a spoonful if you put it all together in a spoon. Mostly a dish of pasta dripping with olive oil. The lasagna was good but just warm. Our table felt it should be served piping hot. Service and decor were great. The band music was really nice. A bit loud since the restaurant has so much hard scape but we enjoyed it. We were a party of 5.
Oh MY GOD!!!! This place is amazing the food, the drinks, the service the bartenders and servers the vibe and feeling here is just so wonderful I love this place and I will be back again and again and again ❤️ 😍 💙
