An absolutely stellar dining experience from start to finish! We thoroughly enjoyed a fantastic meal featuring the pizza, pasta, and cucumber salad, all of which were prepared flawlessly. The undisputed highlight, however, was the Gelato—it was clearly homemade and prepared fresh after we ordered, elevating a simple dessert into a memorable grand finale.
Beyond the remarkable cuisine, the service was truly exemplary. Our server, Eduardo, deserves special mention. His deep knowledge of the menu and spot-on recommendations guided us to the best items, which significantly enhanced our entire evening. The dining experience was made effortless and even more enjoyable thanks to his attentiveness and professional, friendly demeanor.
Furthermore, the manager on duty today was a model of professionalism. They ensured all guests felt well-cared for, maintaining a great atmosphere throughout the restaurant. This level of quality in both food and hospitality sets this establishment apart. Highly recommended!

Went there for my anniversary dinner in September and it was the worst meal of our entire trip. The servers acted annoyed every time we asked for anything and never asked us if we were celebrating anything or if we were staying at the hotel to charge to the room. I would give the food a 3/10 and the service a 1/10

Our experience at Cipriani Las Vegas missed the mark. The service felt rushed from the start, and our server didn’t bring much personality or connection to the table. The one highlight was the manager on duty friendly, engaging, and honestly the only part of the visit that stood out in a positive way.
The food didn’t deliver the value you’d expect at this price point. The prosciutto and cantaloupe came out with the melon noticeably bitter and clearly out of season, which makes you wonder why it’s still being offered. Our pastas—the rigatoni ragù and the pesto were just okay and lacked real flavor.
We spent $220 for two people with no alcohol, and for what we got, it felt extremely overpriced. I’m a little disappointed that after several years of not being able to eat out and have a pleasant day with my wife, We had a subpar experience. Would this be my first or second choice for Italian dining
in Vegas? Probably not.

Worst service and attitude of workers. Supposed to be fine dining, but we were served much better in all the other restaurants we went to in Vegas (which weren't fine dining).

I always search out the Italian restaurants as being of Italian descent love the food. This place disappoints when it comes to bang for the buck. It is way overpriced and nothing special at all. You will spend a lot and will leave hungry. Pasta was under cooked ravioli’s were the worst I have ever experienced this chef needs to be sent back to school. Atmosphere and waitstaff did well they can’t however make up for the kitchen staff which is the driving force of any good restaurant. If the food is not good, the restaurant fails and this restaurant failed with me and my family. We will not go back.

I had a 9:00 PM reservation at Cipriani Las Vegas for a party of four. Two of us arrived on time and politely informed the host that the other two guests were just a couple of minutes behind us. Despite that, we were refused seating until the entire party was present.
What made this even more frustrating was the rude and unprofessional attitude of the front desk staff. Instead of being courteous or understanding, the host came across as dismissive and inflexible. There was no effort to accommodate or even offer us a place to sit or wait comfortably.
We understand policies exist, but rigid enforcement without basic professionalism or hospitality is unacceptable—especially at a high-end restaurant like Cipriani. The experience left a bad impression even before we got to the table.
With the many exceptional restaurants in Las Vegas, I expected far better service from a place that markets itself as upscale. Unfortunately, the treatment we received made it clear that customer experience is not a priority here.
I will not be returning, and I do not recommend Cipriani Las Vegas to anyone expecting to be treated with even minimal courtesy.

I went to the restaurant with my daughter asked for a special request if my daughter can order a pasta with butter, restaurant manager David Cartoni said should not be an issue we asked for a menu took a Quick Look asked for a table for two and were told the wait was 45 minutes. There was no one waiting, not one soul, ample space for 2 guest, we were simply not entertained because of our dinner choice. The most disappointing customer service.

I have eaten at nearly all the restaurants at the Wynn. All of the others are great. This restaurant is overpriced and not good. The martinis are expensive and served in a 3 oz glass. After spending $600 for four of us we left hungry and went to Dennys to eat some food
