6 of us were excited to have dinner at Cipriani's on Dec 4th. It went downhill from the start. We were squeezed into a table and I was bumped by a server or assistant every time they passed by the table. Our salad was pretty much tasteless, which is very unusual in an Italian restaurant. I ordered the Risotto with tomatoes and burrata. It was soupy at best. Others at the table were equally unimpressed. As far as a dress code, of which we were reminded a few times, there were diners in shorts and t-shirts in this supposed 'A' rated restaurant. They should have been turned away. As far as the noise, it was impossible to hear other than the person seated directly next to you. Such a pity, as I said, we were excited to go there and very disappointed that we did. It was a VERY expensive lesson. Save your money!
Like most Las Vegas restaurants at the better casinos restaurants, the food was fine. Nothing special about it, however.

Cipriani is the worst Italian restaurant in Vegas. The sea bass spaghetti wasn't fully cooked and the fish was smelly. The waiter refused my requst on substitutes goat cheese with other options. The dessert wasn't fresh, I wonder if they got it from Costco the day before. The restaurant manager asked us to move to the bar right after the check was signed. The manager explained there are many more people waiting. I would not come back here.

We came here last night for my husband‘s birthday thinking we would have a spectacular dinner and I was so underwhelmed. The service was good and attentive other than that the food was horrible. Everything seemed to be premade and rushed had no flavor. Nothing like I thought it would be, the carpaccio came to the table called a freezing plate obviously straight out of the refrigerator premade not buttery not warm had no flavor. The pasta dish tagliolini was very oily. Seemed super cheaply made if that makes any sense almost like an Olive Garden. , the carpaccio came to the table called a freezing plate obviously straight out of the refrigerator premade not buttery not warm had no flavor. The pasta dish tagliolini was very oily. Seemed super cheaply made if that makes any sense. Almost like an Olive Garden shitty pasta. The famous cocktails were also tasting premade. All in all, I will never go back. I feel very disappointed saving that special night for that restaurant do not waste your money.

Six of us ordered dinner and five of us were very disappointed in the ordinary preparation of the food. I had the calf liver with onions but it really was grilled onions with a sampling of cut up liver. Maybe they ran out of liver? Two ordered veal piccata that was a couple of thin pieces drowned in a swamp of lemon flavored gravy. Not at all tasty. The grilled shrimp was not enough for a snack, but it was an artistic achievement. One of us very impressed with his lamb chops, but his salad could have come in a bag from Costco.
The price was maybe five times the value. We complained to the hotel and they said not their restaurant!

Service was atrocious. The food was absolutely wonderful. Very loud, which for Vegas you can expect. Sat down asked for a cocktail, had to ask to order. No wine menu offered. Is this an Italian restaurant? Very busy and high stress meal. Never asked for desert. I was under the impression that you want to serve your customers, not move the table. Sat for 15 minutes before I had to get up, walk to the front of the restaurant to ASK for my check. Terrible management. I could have walked out, but we are honest people, and that would not be appropriate. Paid left No tip . May or may not be back. If we do dine at Ciprani, it will be for the wonderful gnocchi. That would be the Only reason.

When i mapped this place i made a comment about how can such a lovely looking restaurant have a 3.9?
We made reservations at 830pm, after being seated for about 15 minutes we were rushed to order food.
Our waiter was very unfriendly, but that could just be the waiter we got. The food was very average, for a very high end cost.
We had been interested in going here because it is a beautiful restaurant when you walk by, but it’s loud (nothing to absorb the sound) and they don’t play any light music (say jazz or classical). The Wynn is a better hotel than this.

I saw reviews weren’t the best, but family picked it. I’m so glad we came here. We had an incredible experience.
We had a cup of soup, a burrata salad, the New Zealand lamb chops (best I’ve ever had and a great deal for how much you get), pomodoro risotto, Gorgonzola gnocchi, and the fresh whipped vanilla ice cream (MUST TRY!). It was all amazing, truly. They even brought GF bread for my aunt who is intolerant.
The staff were incredible, as I arrived earlier than the rest of my family and they escorted me to the bar for a drink.
Dietary restrictions: They were incredibly knowledgeable on what had gluten and not, and even provided prepackaged GF bread

Good place for business lunches. Frequent foot traffic but not so loud that you can't carry out a conversation. Good service and not usually too long of a wait for reasonable group sizes.

A very bad ambience and deco. Average all around. Same for the food. High prices bear no relation to the very average food. Even the bread is dry and cold. An utterly disappointing experience. I don’t mean paying good money for quality. But here quality was non existent. Very run off the mill pasta pesto. And a salmon for $56 that could pick up for half anywhere. And $7.50 for a glass of club soda from the tab means you are being taken advantage of. That’s an example. This was seriously poor, overpriced and any discerning people should avoid Cipriani. Don’t.

We were seated almost 45 mins later than our reservation. Food service was slow, the food didn’t taste as good as the last four times I’ve been there. Maybe cos they were so busy a a Tuesday! They didn’t have mezcal so I couldn’t get my face cocktail, not a good start to a night i was looking forward to. Think it’s one off. The lobster linguine was ok, lobster overcooked, bread was exceptionally good, burrata great. The three desserts were ok
