We had dinner at Mizumi while going through Vegas:- The ambience is amazing- The food was great, and each plate was really unique. I had only vegetarian options and loved the presentation amd the taste- The service was top notch! They were so friendly and knowledgeable- Only thing I would note was that (like much Japanese food) I was sort of hungry a few hours laterI would highly recommend for a date, anniversary, or any business dinner!
Authentic Japanese high end cuisine at its best. Melt in your mouth sashimi, yellowtail carpaccio, and much much more. This is located in the Wynn and has five kitchens where the fish is flown in fresh directly from Japan and the taste is a testament to the freshness. The itamae take there knives home and night to sharpen them every day for precision grade sushi. Mizumi is, hands down, the most breathtaking restaurant we have ever experienced in both the food and atmosphere. We can't wait to go back and will definitely visit every time we are in Vegas.
