Absolutely terrible customer service. The cashier by the name of Cecilia was extremely rude. We asked her a simple question, what is the difference between one burrito and another because they both looked the same but one was more expensive, and she spoke to us like we were stupid . Honestly, go get a job grabbing cans from the trash instead.

This was a great place to eat, the breakfast was quickly served with some amazing potatoes. The only thing that let it down was the poached eggs, they were very very watery, they were running but the water in the bowl they came in caused the overall taste to be watered down.I would definitely visit again!

I was here for a privately hosted breakfast event, so not sure how relevant my pictures of the food will be, but it was a catering-styled breakfast.The food was pretty good, not great (don't know if it had anything to do with the catering-style breakfast).Staff was very nice, efficient and friendly and I really liked their decor and the small black & white tiles.

The food was delicious but the service was terrible directly from what it looked like the manager. They had “closed” the main sitting section and limited the sitting to a small sitting area.

Ate here once during stay, wasn't impressed, but my wife wanted a milkshake before we left at the end of the week. I called down at 9pm and was told we could order milkshakes until 11pm. I showed up at 10:30 and alwhen I ordered the manager on duty, chubby grey haired lady, said they weren't doing any food or milkshakes. Even after the counter lady explained that I had called down, she still refuses to let them make the milkshake. Pretty indicative of the service here honestly

Chicken and waffles were great, added a side of bacon. It's enough for 2 people. It also had an egg top. Couldn't finish it. Really it's a meal for two. Great server, I sat at the bar.

I recently stayed at Mandalay Bay for a volleyball tournament - during those long days with big breaks in between you're often at a loss of what to eat and you don’t feel like the fast food available at the food court. So I ended up here at Citizens and had the best waitress, Rhyanna. She was extremely knowledgeable about all food items on the menu and made proper recommendations. Her personality was very kind, polite, and welcoming, which is sometimes hard to come by in Vegas. She was very attentive as well - we ordered food to go and she was very accommodating, making sure to pack extra napkins and extra sets of cutlery. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and perfect temperature as well. I have nothing but good things to say about Citizen. We ordered the spinach + artichoke dip for appetizer, Cali Cheeseburger with fries, the Carne Asada tacos, and the pasta Alfredo dish with chicken for our entrees. Koko Beach cocktail as well. All items were great - I would highly recommend eating here if you are in Vegas and want a great meal and appreciate good customer service.
