The food and service was great at Citizens! Our waiter Travis provided impeccable service and was very attentive to our needs. The wings tossed in the sweet Thai sauce were so delicious! I would definitely recommend this spot in the Mandalay Bay resort.
I stopped by Citizens at Mandalay Bay during my trip and was really impressed. I ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta and it was excellent—rich, creamy, and full of flavor with perfectly cooked pasta. The portion was generous too. What really stood out was the service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right from start to finish. Great atmosphere, quality food, and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Vegas.
Every time I visit Las Vegas, I make it a point to go to Citizens. On Friday, October 3, I arrived at 12:00 PM with my father, and we were the only ones in line. We were not greeted or acknowledged by the hostesses(3 2- females and 1 male). When they finally asked how many were in our party, other guests walked up and were seated ahead of us. A single woman was seated immediately, not at the bar, and then an incomplete party of three was also seated before us once their missing...
