Citizens is great! We ordered the ribs. It was so delicious, we will come back for more! The manager Devon is super amazing. We had an issue when we first arrived, nearly left as no one served us. This was the 2nd time it happened. They caught us just as we were about to leave.. so we ordered the ribs, and it was delicious! The check came, and one meal was comp'd. Wow! How nice of them! Thank you Devon.. we appreciate your kindness!
Average place. The waitress was rude. After she rambled and listed all possible ingredients for a smoothie in one breath, my daughter told her banana/strawberry. She said”ok” and wrote it down, yet brought a totally different flavor. Then she was irritated when we asked her what flavor it was. For $160 for breakfast, you would think better service. Food quality was pretty good (we typically ate breakfasts here) and the service was always friendly. Portion sizes were American (that is, HUGE). That said, maybe we had one bad experience, but the coffee was terrible. It took ages to arrive and when it did, I had an espresso-sized cup, half full, for $6 that was supposed to be a cappuccino, which tasted as if the beans had been burned prior.
