The staff memeber was as sweet as sugar. We were the only customers and she let us take our time. We sampled about six different flavors between the two of us. Everything was nicely labeled. The space was clean and smell very sweet from the freshly baked sugar cones. It had been over a year since I had used any of my points and it turned out to still be attached to my phone number so I had a total of 10 off a purchase but our order was only $9. She suggested to use the $5 off coupon instead. After my purchase I had an additional $5 off for my next purchase. We look forward be going back.

As much as I wanted to love CJ's Italian Ice, my visit left much to be desired. The service was painfully slow, making me question if they had forgotten my order altogether. Opting for the spicy Sandia, I was met with disappointment. Unlike the vibrant, fresh fruit flavors at Joe's Italian Ice in Anaheim, this one tasted processed and lacked that homemade charm. Considering the underwhelming experience and the steep $8 price tag, I don't see myself rushing back anytime soon. CJ's needs to step up their game to compete with the quality and service offered elsewhere.

Andy's Custard Ice Cream ! Let's just say CJ's is a whole lot better than Andy's Custard and not only that this one is a whole lot cheaper . What can I say about this restaurant ? . It was just twice is better than Andy's Custard Ice Cream .

horrible customer service went in the other day and 2 lady's working just completely blew me off as I was trying to order and bad attitude, also found lots of hairs on the big U looking couch it was filthy.... Went to the bathroom and it was clogged and pee all over the toilet all in all just a total horrible

Definitely Made Me Lick!!!' ;) Went there around their closing time and it dint seem like they were closing anytime soon with 2-3 more customers in line to order and they were happy to serve !!!!' The vibe of the place was really cool to hangout on a good summer day!!!! Friends and couples seem to be having a good time around! Ordered a banana boat and it was delicious, especially creamy vanilla custard with pineapple jam, the other side of the boat was chocolate with strawberries- the chocolate custard had a hint of bitterness, two very different flavours and garnished with hot fudge & peanuts which added extra flavour!!!! The staff were really helpful and sweet! So many different flavours and they also had side setup to shop their hoodies and T- shirts which definitely made it loud on promoting the brand !!!
Decided to try this place last minute out of convenience. The quality of the shaved ice was on the lower side with the flavors being not as strong. My partner and I were pleased though to see the variety of flavors offered. We opted for the blueberry horchata and ube shaved ice gelatti. The custard part was pretty good, and helped to add more sustenance to the shaved ice. Service was quick and easy, lots of parking available and indoor seating available. It was also no where near crowded when I went on a weekend afternoon.

Don't leave Vegas without going to CJ's!!! I have probably tried 10 flavors!! They have vegan, non dairy, and many options for all! Italian ice and frozen custards are the best! I highly recommend you make a trip to one of their locations!!!!Dietary restrictions: Great non dairy options!!!

Very awesome Italian Ice shop. Many topping flavors to choose from with everything that can be ordered. Being in Vegas a few years, I have been missing Disneyland and missing dole whips. So delicious and very close to the original. Dipped cones & many flavors to dip in! Feeling daring? Get the mystery bag...usually two different menu items, but you don't know what your going to get, but it's all good!!
