The dishes at this place had a decent flavor, but I couldn't help but notice that the texture and portion ratios could use some improvement. The banh cuon, while soft, seemed to lean more towards a starchy consistency reminiscent of tapioca flour rather than the expected rice flour texture. The flavors were there, and I appreciated the effort, but the balance between softness and starchiness could have been more evenly distributed. It left me wishing for a more authentic rice flour feel in the banh cuon. Despite the textural concerns, the overall taste was still enjoyable, indicating a potential for greatness with a few adjustments. The flavors managed to shine through, suggesting that with some fine-tuning, the dining experience could be elevated to a more satisfying level. While the dishes were not a perfect match for my taste buds, the potential is evident, and I'm curious to see how they might refine the texture and portions in the future. A decent start, and with a little tweaking, this place could really hit the mark.

THE MANAGER OF THIS PLACE IS RACISR. THEIR FOOD HAS GONE DOWN HILL. Honestly I rarely leave bad reviews like this but this was the worst service I've seen in my LIFE. I've come here several times over the past 3-4 years and used to LOVE this place but unfortunately the most recent time I've gone I've found out that the manager is extremely RACIST. I will not be supporting this place or coming here ever again. In addition, the quality and the flavor of the soup was gone down about 30% over time. While my friends and I were eating here, an older black person came in. He was about 70~ moved kind of slow but he's here to eat. He walks slowly towards a table towards the back but the male manager who I usually see manning the register come up to him and says "Sir that table is TAKEN. Please sit over here" very harshly. The older man takes a second to turn around and as he is the manager says with a firmer tone 2x more to move to another table. At this point the manager is already unreasonably irate. The man sits down and the manager tosses him a menu. Not even 2 minutes after the man is reviewing the menu the same manager walks up to him "do you know what you want?!" The gentleman says "give me one second please." The manager haphazardly explains the menu "This is a sandwich. This is the noodles." The look on the older man's face is of bewilderment from the way he's being treated. The manager then proceeds to nearly yell "SIR WE ARE ONLY DOING TAKE OUT. PLEASE READ THE MENU OUT SIDE" as he opens the door and gestures him to get out. He repeats "SIR WE ARE ONLY DOING TAKE OUT PLEASE COME OUT SIDE" At this point, the whole restaurant is staring. There's about another 8-10 seated guests eating at the restaurant already. It was around 2:30pm so it wasn't even nearly closing time. The older gentleman says "hey what's your problem man I'm just taking my time to read over the menu. I'm 75. It takes me a little bit." Then the manager proceeds to walk in the kitchen never to be seen again. Another server had to take his order. The table next to us was kind enough to pay for the man's meal but what the fuck. What kind of place treats someone like that who just wants to eat. This is a restaurant isn't that the whole purpose of your business? To feed people? Absolutely despicable behavior. Don't support this bullshit behavior and don't give them your money.

Get here early. They are opened from 8-4 and closed Thursdays. Been here several times and every time had a wait for seating. It's small but the food is awesome! The sandwiches and soups are super delicious and the service is great.

Everything we had ordered was so good, the staff was so friendly and we barely waited 3 minutes for our food. Very efficient, fast and DELICIOUS!!!!

The banh mi was great. The bread was on another level than what I'm used too. I don't think there is much seating or any to eat at the restaurant. Service was fine we got our sandwiches promptly.

This is a Vegas Vietnamese food hidden gem. A true hole in the wall amazing deli/kitchen. Consistently great food every time with still reasonable prices. Best bánh mì and bánh bao in the city, hands down. Small, clean and only open for breakfast and lunch. Oh, you better get there early in the day if you hope to score a bánh bao!

Located just off the Vegas Strip in Chinatown, Co Anh Sandwich and Noodle Shop presents an authentic taste of Vietnamese cuisine in a city known for its wide range of culinary offerings. This family-run establishment is noted for its homemade, traditional dishes, earning it a spot on the list of places to visit for those seeking authentic Vietnamese flavors. The service is quick and attentive and they're happy to explain each of the dishes. My visit to Co Anh this morning was, as always a rewarding culinary experience. I started with a Pate Chaud - a pastry that was both flaky and buttery, stuffed with well-seasoned pork. This dish, influenced by French cuisine, skillfully combines European pastry techniques with authentic Vietnamese flavors. I also had the Banh Mi Op La, an exceptional sandwich. It's a cultural fusion featuring a crispy baguette with crispy yet runny fried eggs, fresh cucumbers, pickled carrots, daikon, and cilantro. The texture of the crunchy bread alongside the tender, flavorful filling was a prime example of Vietnamese culinary tradition. The Cafe Sua Da was a fitting drink for this excellent breakfast. This Vietnamese iced coffee, a blend of strong brewed coffee and sweetened condensed milk was arguably the best I've had in Vegas. Its robust yet sweet flavor made for a refreshing and enjoyable addition to the meal. The full menu at Co Anh showcases a variety of homemade Vietnamese dishes, each crafted with a focus on authenticity. The welcoming atmosphere and the family's dedication to their culinary roots make every visit a pleasant and homey experience. For locals and visitors in Vegas, Co Anh Sandwich and Noodle Shop is a culinary delight offering an authentic Vietnamese dining experience in the heart of a bustling city. Very highly recommended!!!

For a tiny place, this restaurant packs a lot. Friendly staff. Hole in the wall. Pretty amazing menu. Love their banh Cuon. I highly recommend you order as it's one of their specialties which also includes banh mi. Their Nem nuong is also delicious. Nicely portioned. Located next door to other Vietnamese businesses so it's a must visit in Vegas. They even serve dessert drinks which was fantastic. Cheers!

Fantastic place to eat vietnamese food! Everything we ordered were delicious. The servers were very nice and courteous. The place is small so it gets full fast. Worth the wait though.

I love coming here for banh beo and banh cuon. It's only open for lunch and there's a wait sometimes but it's worth it

First time coming here, I got the combo rice noodle soup. All I gotta say is that it stays HOT! Even when I was almost done with it with no more meat and barely any noodles, broth is still warm and flavorful. So good and comforting on a cold day. Everything on the menu is a must try!
