Cô Anh is a small, authentic Vietnamese restaurant that feels like home. It is a highlight for many visitors to Vegas. The space is small with only 5-6 tables, so be prepared to wait, but service is fairly quick and the staff is kind. The food is tasty, authentic, and comes in good portions. Dishes are not expensive.
Specific items are exceptional. The pork puff pastry is truly exceptional. The bah cuon is considered the best in Vegas. Their meatball sandwich is to die for, with a tasty and flavorful broth and tender meatballs; people order extra bread to dip. The bread is warm and flaky. They also serve Vietnamese style baos, but you must come early as they sell out daily. Other notable dishes include banh mi, hu tieu dac biet, banh beo, banh bot chien, and nem nuong cuon. The cafe sua da is legit and the drinks taste very good.
