Coxolini has amazing Ice cream Gelato thats mouth-watering & aesthetically pleasant to the eyes.
The vibrant colors & beautifully designed wide product range is a delight.
It's geographically located in affluent neighborhood that has high traffic from Domestic and International tourists & businessman.

It wasn't good. Be prepared to not get what you asked for like ketchup, ranch dressing and marinara sauce. Be prepared for the staff not check in on how things tasted or seeing if you need anything. And then pay an automatic 20 percent gratuity.

Meatball sub took 30 minutes and was raw. Took another 40 minutes for them to remake it. Only one server for the whole restaurant.

It was really overrated, I took my granddaughters party of 9 and I was not impressed. I was very disappointed in the service. I would never refer anyone to this establishment. I don't complain about prices because I believe in paying for the memory or experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Sugar Factory. Our server was exceptional and the food was fabulous. This will definitely be on our agenda for the next visit to Las Vegas

Made reservations a month in advance. When I arrived I was greeted and told to wait. As I waited I watched the manager African American guy Mirco mini plats with a bald fade in the back seat several other guest who came with reservations as well. When I questioned him about not being seated he got smart and told me he only seen three people with me when my reservation were for twelve I told him other people was here we just had trouble finding the place he told me in front of other guest that wasn't his fault which wasn't but if we had trouble finding the place why not seat us we literally walked around the mall twice til we finally found the place. When we was finally seated after a brief altercation with the manager the sat us at a dirty table they had to come wipe it down twice with us seated there. My server was great had great energy other than working for an asswhole little braids bald fade having ahh

Be aware! They said my card didn’t pass and they charged me twice, one that’s day and another one 3 days after, both with different amounts! There is no phone number to call to claim it! Although the ice cream is great!

The shakes and dessert and over the top and the only reason to visit. They were short staffed. The physical facility is rundown and falling apart. Food is mediocre. But the shakes....awesome!

The photos of the restaurant online are old - the place is in poor shape and not very clean. Our booth had large pieces of pleather torn off and the table had big gouges in the stand. It wasn't very clean. The staff were very nice, though some were dressed up, which made it feel more worth high cost, while others looked like they worked at a gym. Our drinks and apps came out quickly but the dinner itself took almost an hour to come out and the place was pretty empty when we arrived. We were expecting a slightly more elevated experience from all the instagrams and online photos, but we're pretty disappointed.

I wanted to have such a great experience as we were celebrating my daughter's 10th birthday. This location is nothing like the ones from the past (Fashion Show) it is pretty run down. Our server was very nice, which made up for the very long wait for luke warm food. Our other guests in our party waited even longer for food, as well as one of the featured "fun" drinks for one of the kids (Near the end of our dinner). The energy of the restaurant again does not suit the experience Sugar Factory was once known for. Overall, the kids enjoyed themselves. I would hope this feedback is used for future patrons and their experience.
