The passion fruit was great but I scraped off the pomegranate and mango flavors into the trash. I wish I had tried them first.

Not recommended, they are rude!

Do not recommend! Paid $8 for a small ice cream that was nasty and freezer burnt!!!! Disgusting. They don’t even give samples so you can’t even try to see if it’s good or not. Vegas Scam!

Women behind the counter were extremely rude, seemed entitled and were more worried about the gossiping between each other at 10:25pm when we got there on a Friday night and they said they were closed. I guess 10:25 is the new 10:30. DO YOUR JOB!

Gelato is fine. They added an undisclosed $1.50 credit card fee that was not mentioned anywhere. Will dispute with my credit card company

First they won’t let you try so kids might end up with flavors they don’t like. Second, it’s absolutely rude to be on the phone (petite lady using headphones) while taking someone’s order that’s just plain disrespectful. And lastly, she was annoyed that I asked for an extra spoon even though we ordered enough for our party! There was a gentleman that wanted to hand it to us but she told him to stop and handed us a tasting spoon lol the flavors are not bad but in today’s climate service is everything, doesn’t matter how good your ice cream is no one is coming back to deal with your attitude !

Avoid this place like the plague. Dozens of different flavors and they refuse to give even a single sample. They expect you to pay the ridiculous shopping mall price for an ice cream you have no idea what it tastes like. I'd say the service is abysmal. The ambience is customers tasting the peanut butter ice cream that they just paid a fortune for, making a disgruntled face, then throwing it away. I won't make this mistake again.

Side note: the worker was friendly, but she said the manager refuses to allow them to give samples. I told her to tell the manager that Scott says she is incompetent. That's when I later learned, they have a health department issue.

The restaurant AC was broken and it was super hot. The quality of the food was okay, but the heat made it uncomfortable. The prices are super high.

Happy hour was great. The Mac and cheese balls were the best I've ever had! Highly recommend. The little sliders were so good too! 2 for 1 margs were delicious.

Was really looking forward to this experience; however, overall the service, and food was just okay. The wall was filthy next to us at seating, the booth seating upholstery's was torn and ripped not just where we were seated but on the chair backsides throughout restaurant. Service was very slow and the food quality was just ok. Ordered chicken and waffles and was informed it would take at least 20 minutes for the chicken to cook but the tenders would be a quicker option. Barely any chicken in them. Mostly skin, flour and grease. Great photo ops with ambiance, but way too much food portions. A+ for presentation. Won't be returning.

The chocolate cheesecake is fabulous!!!

Honestly the food is good. The service was very good. The only issue is what was on the final bill with items varying in price from the menu. On top of that, the bill had a 20% gratuity added but then at the bottom had suggested tip based on the TOTAL of the bill INCLUDING tip. So I found it very deceptive and that was incredibly bothersome. No fault of the staff. This is a Sugar Factory corporate issue. Also, Sugar Factory used to be more of a fun vibe. This felt almost run down with poor ventilation. I feel badly for the staff. They were all great and doing their best.

I was told the Italian cookie flavour was like a biscotti and it tasted nothing like it. So blah I threw it out. Didn’t offer me a taste test and when I came back and told him it tasted nothing like a biscotti he said “well it’s supposed to”. No help

We had an ok experience we have been dining at sugar factory for years. But today was not it our waitress had an attitude and was very dry and rude. When we went to check out she didn't tell us that there is a 20% service charge so we almost tipped on top of it. And because she doesn't have to work for tips she wasn't nice at all. Also the menu prices are wrong from what they charged we got overcharged and didn't notice till after. I don't know if I will be returning to this location again. I would if they hire over people.
