Honestly not sure why people have not liked this place. We got 3 flavours at 10.85 dollars plus taxes. The cappuccino, blackberries, and lemon, every of one of them was tasty, flavorful and fresh. Unfortunately they do not provide any samples.

Worst experience. Service was horrible. Waited over an hour and never got our food. The drinks weee not good and not worth the value. The interior felt old and dated and the lights kept flickering. Manager was not helpful and just rude. We ended up leaving after two other groups sat and left due to no service. If I could give less than 1 star I would. But this place was horrible. Don't recommend.

First time ever at a Sugar Factory. I guess we had higher expectations. Food was mediocre at best. We got a giant pretzel with cheese sauce as an appetizer. Never came with the mustard. Pretzel tasted like it was sitting for a while. Not the freshest. There were four of us. Three of us got our meals but the fourth person had to wait about ten minutes for their dinner. So it was either the three of us wait while our food got cold or eat in front of the fourth person. When you go out to eat, you expect everyone to get their meal within a reasonable time of each other. The entrees were okay. Nothing to rave about. They tack on 20 percent automatically whether you have two people or twenty. Makes it seem that the don't care as much since they know they are guaranteed for the gratuity. Bill came and I paid it. The waitress came back with the recipes to sign but not my card. I had to wait until I found someone passing for me to ask for my card. That was a little shady. Overall, I know chain restaurants are what they are. But I have ate at many chain restaurants over the years and meals along with service are great. This is one place that we will never go again. Highly disappointed. Don't recommend to anyone.

We had 5 people in the groups after 2 people he said we had to pay quickly because the computer locks him out at 9:30 and it was 9:28pm. He tried to get us to pay cash, but google says they close at 10 and he did take our credit card. Seams like he was trying to scam the owners, but couldn’t since we said we didn’t have cash

Order any ice cream shakes in the beginning. I ordered 1 after I ate and it never came. It these long time for them to sheet the Vegas location and even though we ordered 2 right away with our food, it didn't come until after the food arrived and we were half way through our meal. Chicken parm the waiter said came up wrong price at $35 so he added a $9 charge. Tip is already included so waiter doesn't care about service quality.

 WEYER didn't care at all about the level of service or time that took together food as the 20% gratuity was already included. The food was subpar at Best. The only good thing word that desserts. I will never go back.

We went her for my son's 16th birthday dinner with family & friends. We were promptly seated. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Food was excellent. Prices were a tad high, but you are on the Las Vegas Strip. They gave my son a complimentary birthday treat with a flaming candle and sang him Happy Birthday. All in all a great time here.

I requested well done and it was not cooked through in the middle. In fact, the meat itself didn't even have any grill marks or indication that it was cooked on a flat top which leads me to question how the burger was cooked in the first place. No opportunity to tell my waitress about it because she never came back to ask us how the food was. Definitely overpriced because it's Vegas and got to experience it but wouldn't add this restaurant to my list of places to go back to.

The ice cream itself was fine and about what you would expect. It tasted good but nothing special.
Unfortunately, the service really let the experience down. The staff member who served us was not friendly at all. She did not smile and gave the impression she did not want to be there, which made the interaction uncomfortable.
The pricing was also very disappointing. Paying $12 for a double scoop in a cone felt like a complete rip off for what you get. Overall, the ice cream was decent, but the poor service and high prices mean I would not return.
