What can I say. We were in Vegas for a conference this week. Sunday, we decided to venture out of the Cosmo for some affordable eats. Mind you, we are 4 GMs and a DO for Chili’s. We would do anything to have staff like Allen on our team. The food was great, everything was fresh. The drinks were on point. But, OH MA GOSH, the service was top notch. Polly is the origonal southern "Mama" she is the best server i have ever had. Her warmth and charm made a fantastic meal even better. If you want the authentic Southern Mama and sprint of Forrest Gumps mama from the movie look no further. i loved my meal there too.
I normally don’t do chain restaurants in touristy areas, but this experience was so worth the public review.
@officialbubbagump here is Vegas had AMAZING food and service! I didn’t get a pic of my entree but it was soooo good. However, this strawberry shortcake dessert made me ask my who’s granny they had in the kitchen making this poundcake under it. I have no words for just how good it was!!
