Automatic 20% tip is a turnoff to me. Service suffers when tip is already decided. No other place did this that I went to do I found it strange for a small party. Overpriced for end of strip cheaper location. It just looks run down. It's like a Cheesecake Factory if that's your thing. There are lots of great places. This just didn't come close. Sorry.
The restaurant was dated and people were packed in like sardines. I got the club sandwich and it was not fresh at all I tried to take the American cheese off of it and it was slimy and gross next the the dry turkey. The toasted bread was soggy. Everyone else at the table thought their food was ok but expensive for what we got. Our waiter was great. The drinks and desserts were ridiculously overpriced. Overall not a great experience. Probably won't go back.

I had a dish of 2 different flavors: mocha/Nutella and chocolate hazelnut-similar flavors but both VERY delicious!!! Another had the strawberry cheesecake in a cone and another had mint chip - all enjoyed very much! The person behind the counter was very patient while we decided on our order and was very pleasant!! We enjoyed it so much we came back another day for round 2!!!! ?
