First, our server, Aaron, was amazing! Friendly, prompt, and attentive the whole evening. Exceptional service! We had the margherita flight. Yum-mee!! We ordered the NY sirloin and salmon. Both delicious, though the salmon was a tad salty. I think it was likely a little extra sprinkle of salt just before it came out. I could do without that. Steak was medium well, so a tad dry. It's a vibe at the sugar factory . The drinks are great and fun to show off on social media but the food seems to also have a sweet component. Eating a buffalo chicken burger should not have a sweet after taste but other than that everything was good

We were really excited to come here for brunch. After reviewing the menu online there were a lot of delicious and wonderful options to choose from. We were pretty disappointed when we went on Sunday and we could not order from over half of the brunch menu. There were no pancakes available and a very very limited options for waffles. We pretty much went from an abundance of options to 5. What we did have was just ok. Maybe if it was warm when it came out it would have been better....
