We had an ok experience we have been dining at sugar factory for years. But today was not it our waitress had an attitude and was very dry and rude. When we went to check out she didn't tell us that there is a 20% service charge so we almost tipped on top of it. And because she doesn't have to work for tips she wasn't nice at all. Also the menu prices are wrong from what they charged we got overcharged and didn't notice till after. I don't know if I will...

We like the new location of sugar factory. I think the last time we went in Las Vegas it was located in the Paris hotel, which seemed a lot smaller. We enjoyed our sliders and fries at 10% Off, plus the buy one get one free drinks for happy hour. The only thing that I did not care for was that our seating area seem to be a little warm, we were on the top floor, couldn't feel the air conditioner. And after coming out of 103° we expected it to be a lot cooler inside, however...

I'm giving a 5 stars because the manager did us right for all the “wrongs.” Excellent guest satisfaction. I'm not going to write what was “bad” because the manager really took care of us. Being a kind customer and not going off really helps a situation to get rectified. Will be back because service was great and the manager cared. Just an fyi, the 20% service charge is split amongst staff. We were sure to hook our server up with his own gratuity.
