We stop by illy caffe while going to our CES booth in the morning. It was super close to the Venetian expo center and the lines moved pretty quickly. The croissant was decent and the order came out within a few minutes. Nothing really special nor negative say. So yes, I would stop by here again, but that's mostly based on their location.
We stopped by illy for coffee and breakfast one morning on a recent trip to Vegas. The food was good, but the service wasn't. We were promised our coffees first, but received our crepes first. We asked for regular tap water, and we were told they didn't have any water , but we could get back in a very long line to buy a bottle. Was in Vegas for CES. In the Venetian, it's next to impossible to find a place to have lunch. I was going to pass on Illy Caffe because it was filled with people and about 6 people in line. I was pleasantly surprised the the restaurant staff worked very efficiently. Got through the order line and found a seat. Even though there weren't a lot of seats, they turned over quickly.
