Me and my 5 year old daughter walked in and the only lady working didn't say one word to us. We waited about 5 minutes and I said hello I have a pickup order. She asked for the name and then grabbed the ice cream and set it on the counter didn't say one word. Got home and it's melted entirely. 2 minutes from my house.TERRIBLE SERVICE. WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Perfectly decent establishment but just wanted to give a shout out to Leah, the employee. About 10 people came in during our 7 minute visit- she was the only person working- and she was so level headed, pleasant, and diligent. Most people would mess up or have an attitude but Leah maintained professionalism. She mentioned she wants the customers to get what they pay for so she makes sure to take her time when preparing the food. Thanks Leah!

Most reviews are on point. People working in sweats and half asleep. Melted ice cream. I can't believe that some of this reviews go back a year and nothing been done. Wake up owners!!!!!Service 1/10

False advertising samples. Won't return. They simply must not want my dollar, which is fine. I just wanted to know what the seasonal ice creams are like, I dont have enough money to invest in something I am unsure of. If I had a million dollars just to spend on ice cream, it wouldn't have made a difference. I do understand that there's a bunch of crack heads in this area, they could've just said they actually don't do samples at all. Something about no sample spoons, but I guess plastic forks and knives aren't in the budget. Seemed like she ain't want to work there, but I get it. Job not career. Panda next door don't do samples either but they dont have a sign that says they sample.

Just got ice cream, and served us rotten blueberries. They were fermenting, and my son is 2, and wouldn't touch it. I took a bite, and it was disgusting. All I wanted was a new flavor.. nope. Wouldn't refund, no new flavor. Nothing. Just told us nothing that they could do, and it's policy. So it's policy to sell rotting fruit to your customers. AWESOME!!

Service was friendly and quick. I am disappointed to get home and find hair in my pumpkin bread flavor ice cream. All my time of going I never had an issue until now. What happened to proper training and rules.
These night workers are nasty. This young white guy wasnt pleasant and did not wash his hands before starting to make my ice cream, phone rings and he leaves to get it. Another employee (female Hispanic) comes in pulling a cart goes to rinse her hands and comes grabs my banana to put in my ice cream. I let her know i didnt want the ice cream because she or the other kid did not wash their hands and it was nasty. To top it all off the girl wasnt even wearing a bra. I dont understand how hard it is to he sanitary and professional.

They're working hours are from 11am-9pm but they happened to close early. Toppings are always dried up especially their marshmallows. They're always slow when it comes to helping guests and place always gives dirty vibes, and their bathrooms are always out of order.

The ice cream mix tasted like cleaning product, I threw it away immediately when I got home. The employees could barely keep their eyes open and nobody seems to care.

First time for us being here. Surprised this place is getting so many complaints and bad rating we thought it was great, friendly service and clean place. I got the peanut butter cup perfection in a chocolate dipped waffle bowl and my hubby got the doughlightful peanut butter in a chocolate dipped waffle bowl they were so yummy! Definitely will be coming back!

Upon arrival more than half of the stores lights were out, and there were handwritten signs throughout the store telling people not to touch glass, to stay back, etc. Additionally, the bathrooms were locked with no signs. The available toppings were incomplete, there were so many pre-made waffle cone cups that there's no way they were all fresh, and some of the ice cream was spilling out of the containers half melted. Terrible, disorganized store. Not even worth attempting to visit.
