Cold Stone Creamery is a decent establishment with a notable employee, Leah, who demonstrates exceptional professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. However, some customers have been disappointed by the lack of free samples, despite signage indicating otherwise. This has led to frustration and a decision not to return. Despite this, Cold Stone Creamery appears to prioritize quality and attention to detail in their food preparation, ensuring customers receive what they pay for.
